How and why did they value this stock so high?
they are legal thieves that knows how to steal big, become rich and be forming big boys.
Transcop withing a year is flying from .50k to N5 with correspond increase in income earning
like fort oil that rose from N5 to N120 when otedola sold and ran away the stock fell back to N10 and was cunningly remained Adova oil.
Now the yeye Ardova oil is back to profit and they want to buy out minority share holders off and go private

2 out of the numerous ones that has been directly or codedly mentioned in my posts at different times.......Geregu, JP, BUAFOODS, BUACEM, Fidelity, FCMB, HW, and quite a lot as Mr. Market , news, Financials dictates.

This is not to proof or justify anything but at least to clear the misconception of @ihelp . If these plenty posts are made and all you could see there is "North" and "South", then I don't think anyone can help you here. grin

Reading is just so difficult for some people. If you can read and decode btw the lines, you will benefit a lot from my posts as well as some pple's posts here.

Remember many people here have access to first hand and insider info but won't share it.......some after they finished loading, they'll come and share, while you're rushing to load at high price, they'll be busy exiting with profits.

That was how I missed NEM insurance then cos of my previous experience of insurance stocks and NEM from 1.90-2 when I was watching it now #4+ I think I will focus my attention again on good insurance companies.

Buy some and keep...
There was huge transaction as well as huge amount staked on it yesterday......over N12billion in transactions on ACCESS.

Maybe an investor is coming in or the owner is also increasing his stakes, we don't know yet.
If nothing happens after the huge crossings, at least you'll collect dividend.

Please gurus in the house, kindly confirm my analysis below:

Buying Access Bank at N10 is as good as buying the stock at N8.70 (since the stock is yet to be b=marked down for
the N1.30k Dividend declared)

Looking at Access Bank Q1, 2023 results (did better than Q1, 2022) and assuming they continue to sustain the performance throughout 2023, they are likely to declare higher dividend. However, assuming they maintain N1.50 dividend payment, then, Dividend yield at N8.70 is 17.24%

Looking further into their FY 2022 and when you compare same with that of GTBank, Zenith Bank and UBA, they made the highest Interest income and trading income due to their balance sheet (remember, money is made from the balance sheet)

Speaking of Balance Sheet, they have the highest Total Asset, Total Loans and Client Deposit.

I think the Bank might be a silent giant looking to discover itself and trying to shed off unnecessary weight (toxic asset) holding it down. But then, what happens in the Board room might not align with the analysis.

This is not a recommendation in anyway, I just wanted the gurus that have been of immense value on this platform to help review.

Sell once decent profit is made and move on.....
