Another one is inside the Army Barracks after Trade Fair Complex. I was shocked when I saw the amount of Private Buildings inside that Barracks the day I took my son to write the Common Entrance Exams some years ago inside the Barracks.

I had to ask an Army man and he said and I quote " Army never ready for them". Massive Buildings, rows upon rows. And I was like, inside an Army Barracks?

Many people go still cry for that richfield abi na runview estate, they don buy FAAN land well well.

You wan spend millions of naira on a project but to dole out 500K to do proper checks will be difficult for some people.

That land is government committed land. I have known this for more than 20 years now. In fact, many of the owners of the houses know this but they always say that before the govt demolishes, they would have gained value from the buildings.

No successive government cancels commited acquisition. It is normal acquisition they can cancel.
