Engineers in the house, I just bought this Tecno phone (when I power off) that claims to be Oppo A31 in the bluetooth name when I factory reset the phone. The problem now is, I am unable to use 3g and 4g on the phone. I even tried to from *##*4636#*#*

The options states that 4g/3g/2g would be switched automatically. However, only 2g works. I have tried every thing. Someone should help me please before I run mad.

Return it to where you bought it and try to swap it another. Don't tell them you have factory reset it before.

This time go with someone that has good knowledge of phones to help you test everything on the phone before you leave the place.

Next time avoid buying phones from road side table phone sellers.

After updating my iPhone 7plus to iOS 15.7.5 my Bluetooth is no longer working. I’ve tried to reset all settings but the issue still persists. The worst part of it is that, Bluetooth is what I use to answer call via my EarPod because for some reasons the phone inbuilt mouthpiece ain’t working no more. Please any solution to this because now I can’t make call or even receive call because of this.
