A40: You didn't even know he missed a full game before now. And the game he left in the 4th, he was cooking and they were up. It looks like you just want to argue this one, cos you are not making headway here.... |
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 8:02am On May 13, 2023 |
Skrrrrrrr:Why did you claim he missed two games. You literally lied and you're saying something else. They were up by 2 going into the 4th in a must win game for them. Was the game over? Who cares if he was cooking? Players no dey vanish for 4th quarter. You're chatting like they were ever in control of the series. The only time the series was tied it was 0-0. Every other time you were behind chasing |

A40:Baba me I no know all that dynasty talk, wetin we know be say , the warriors legit won two without him and two with him. Hypothetically, they could have won about 3 , if he never joined. We also know that he has only been to one final without the warriors and he never won it . I consider Durant the 3rd greatest player of this era after LeBron and Steph but it is what it is , he was just an overkill on the warriors. Being a piston bad boys is not a bad thing , at least they won something and are remembered in history, the great hakeem olajunwon only won one ring and his legacy is intact. Kobe won only two rings without shaq and his legacy is intact and nobody I saying today that Kobe would have been a piston bad boy ish without shaq. Na when these issues reach Steph and Warriors we dy always see these caveat. |

A40: Again. Klay thompson missed game 3 and was arguably the best player in Game 6 until his injury. When he left, they boxed steph and the game ended.... And they lost by 2 games... Bye bye.... 1 Like |

Skrrrrrrr:Away record is not why you lost. If you won all your home games we would be talking about a Game 7. You're not beating this team even with your last year squad. Because you didn't meet a team as good as this Lakers team. You want to pretend like Bjelica and Porter were not average. Guy abeg no take laugh kill me. Nothing like barely beat, beat is beat. You were the more seasoned and experienced team running into a team making it's playoff debut. Why will Poole and Wiggins be as good as last season? What was their track record previously. You're pretending like these guys were tested and trusted guys. Wasn't Wiggins in the bust conversations? Could it be that he reverted to his normal level? Reverted to mean? Him and Curry with some of your other role players would have been enough to make this a winnable contest. With Wiggins and Poole you lot never had a prayer. We have proof KD can take you over the top vs Bron, sadly the rest of the guys you mentioned there can't say the same |

Skrrrrrrr:Story man. That one no concern us. You were 1-0 down, 2-1 down, 3-1 down. Never led the series. Klay played bumper to bumper and you lost two of those games. Even the much ballyhooed game 6 you've been shouting about you were only up 2. 2! With 12 minutes to play. So leave this your story for tortoise 1 Like |

A40: If they had also won one away game, they would also be a game 7. Your argument is just everywhere... Whether wiggins was in the bust record is not important. Fact is, he was exceptional last season and suddenly he wasn't. Poole was also good enough to convince the warriors to give him that contract. Porter and Bjelica were good options off the bench. No one Said they were exceptional but they were good role players... This warriors team did not become Bad against the lakers. They were bad all season long.... |
Re: The NBA Begins by Skrrrrrrr: 8:21am On May 13, 2023 |
A40: Nothing concern you for this argument normally. Not even facts.... If say something concern you, you no go dey yarn all this unnecessary things wey no add up.... |
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 8:28am On May 13, 2023 |
etidy:This is why I said you're jumping to the other extreme. We know what the Warriors have done without him. Don't tell me about hypothetical. No bank will give you any credit with hypotheticals What we know is when faced with the elite of the elite the Warriors have not shown ability to win without KD. If you like call him an overkill at least with him you won't be facing Bron with any fear. The crux of the issue is Golden State and Steph went from good team to dynastic and Steph is now in conversations of top 10 all time cos of those extra rings. Whether you like it or not his legacy has been elevated with those 2 extra rings won with KD's help Olajuwon won two rings btw 3 Likes 1 Share |

Skrrrrrrr: Which game are you guys talking about? This just concluded series? |
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 8:30am On May 13, 2023 |
Skrrrrrrr:Weak rebuttal. Bottomline you lied about Klay missing two games. He missed a game and 1 quarter. You lost multiple games even with Klay on the court and were never in control of the Raptors series. Simple and short |
Re: The NBA Begins by Skrrrrrrr: 8:30am On May 13, 2023 |
larride: Toronto... |
Re: The NBA Begins by Skrrrrrrr: 8:32am On May 13, 2023 |
A40: Multiples times with you just admitting klay missed a game and a quarter. For a series that was won with two games... Where you get the multiple times from chairman |
Re: The NBA Begins by Skrrrrrrr: 8:34am On May 13, 2023 |
By the way, the argument Balance sef.... Steph won bron when bron had no help. Bron won steph when steph had no help. Steph steph won Bron with KD. Bron won steph with Kyrie and Davies.... I don tire abeg.... |

Skrrrrrrr:They had home court. They did not need a road win. All they needed was win all home games. Naah you're listening slow. We're telling you Wiggins has never been a consistent performer, him being exceptional last season and dipping this season was par for the course. Poole was a defensive turnstile with questionable shot selection. He had one Supernova series against the Nuggets but there was no evidence he was going to be consistently good. He was always up and down and never a consistent performer I never said they were bad vs the Lakers. I said they don't match up well vs the Lakers. I didn't give you guys zero chance just because you were bad all season. After all you had a better record than the Lakers |
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 8:41am On May 13, 2023 |
Skrrrrrrr:Jesus Christt. Didn't Klay play Games 1 and 4? Didn't they lose? He played almost all of Game 6 so where did your two games come from when he only actually missed 1 |

larride:Raptors 2019 |
Re: The NBA Begins by Skrrrrrrr: 8:46am On May 13, 2023 |
A40: You are listening slower..... Tha warriors always win atleast one away game in every series.... They flunked game one, if they had atleast stolen a game away, as usual, we'd be looking at a game 7. Wiggins was good enough to be an all star last season, and good enough to be the warriors second best player in the finals. If he was just as good as last season, e for make sense. Poole was also good enough to receive that contract. Even at his best, he was not a defensive Juggernaut and we never expected him to be. So you are just arguing with yourself... 1 Like |

A40: Baba na you start hypotheticals oh. Me I respect KD, I am never on the extreme on this issue. I am even surprised how the game we watched today degenerated into a KD debate. Austin reaves outplayed klay, Russell outplayed Poole. Wiggins tried his best but he's missed a ton of games this season and he was injured today. Draymond has been ass for a while and you can't have an undersized looney as your only big man. Losing key bench guys without adequate replacement. These are the issues instead of hypotheticals about Durant. 1 Like |

A40: Why you dey shout Jesus for simple maths. I didn't say they won only two games, I said they won with two games. Klay thompson missed one full game, and left in the 4th quarter of the other. That you are mischievously pretending it is not a factor is what I find amusing. You are starting to sound like blueelf, abi are you the type that never admits a gaffe? 1 Like |
Re: The NBA Begins by Android17: 8:58am On May 13, 2023 |
etidy:This has been my point. Nothing concern KD for this loss. KD would have lost with Steph if the role players are as bad as Poole and Klay were. Kerr will have to tell us what Kuminga and Moody did to not command more playing time than Poole especially if we allow Klay. |
Re: The NBA Begins by Skrrrrrrr: 9:01am On May 13, 2023 |
Android17: Also not discounting the fact that with KD, we may not even have any role players to begin with.... Anyone mentioning KD needs to have his head examined....Even the KD dey house dey chill sef after losing in a similar fashion.... |
Re: The NBA Begins by Android17: 9:02am On May 13, 2023 |
Skrrrrrrr:Baba just doesn't want to understand that the KD roster compared to this one are not the same. That roster was good but with a weak bench because of KD. Remember that time he got hurt and people thought the season will fold but Curry and the boys went on a long streak and finished 67-15 again after the 73-9 season. That roster was good. This season's roster would have lost if the Pooles and Klays are as bad as they were for the role players on the Lakers to outplay them this badly. |
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 9:11am On May 13, 2023 |
Skrrrrrrr:You're not making sense. Since you know you're a bad road team this year the more reason you absolutely had to win all your home games. Why are you now talking about away games when you know you had been terrible on the road all season long Andrew Wiggins has been in the league since 2014. Zero All NBA, Zero All defense. A number 1 pick that is getting a fringe all star appearance for the first time in 2022. That's who you're banking on? Hehehe ok What concerns me with another man money? The Warriors are the ones that will deal with the consequences and repercussions of the contract not me. Y'all are the ones stuck with Poole and will have to wail about his performances now that you have discovered he's not good at any particular aspect of basketball |
Re: The NBA Begins by Skrrrrrrr: 9:21am On May 13, 2023 |
A40: Ogbeni. You are not making any sense either.... You don't need to be a Genius to get my point.... I don't give 2 bleeps about the expectations from wiggins before he joined the warriors and I don't care about our discovery about Poole. Those variables were not there last season, and the fact that they appeared this season, made all the difference. It really isn't rocket science... I'm going to desist this unnecessary back and forth because it's starting to get crazy seeing as you are one of the few I respect here.... But you are seriously capping right now.... 1 Like |

Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 9:25am On May 13, 2023 |
Skrrrrrrr:What is this nigga smoking? Why do you keep repeating this useless information of they won by 2 games. Was it supposed to be a sweep? Bottomline is the Warriors lost with Klay Thompson. Klay Thompson did not miss two games. He missed one. How can it be a factor when they lost even with Klay on the court. You have no leg to stand on gee. Dey talk like say e miss the full series. |
Re: The NBA Begins by Skrrrrrrr: 9:30am On May 13, 2023 |
A40: Omo. This nonsense you are confidently speaking is starting to irritate me.... You don't need to be a Brainiac to know that missing a game and a quarter for your second best player in a series where the difference was 2 games is a LOT. |
Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 9:31am On May 13, 2023 |
Skrrrrrrr:Ogbeni I no care for your respect ohh. No be food and no be money I'm telling you that Wiggins and Poole are not elite level players you expect consistency from every season. Keep talking about last season. When we have already told you that these players Wiggins and Poole you keep mentioning have no track record. If you want to remain on a jonzing thing be my guest. |
