Everything is moderately ok compare to southern parts.

I have a plug down north that ship in goods from kano state down south.
But getting this specie of yam there is not feasible,except those diminutive Hausa yam which won't yield much profit in my line of hustle.

transport cost to those axis are quite head cutting sir.dont ever compare the north to the south when it Comes to food matters.the TP COST OF A BAG OF MAIZE KOW FROM ZUBA TO OYO STATE COSTS 5K?? So how much would be a seller's profit when hor or she delves into this ?? The insecurity on those roads and briberies of all sort for the police,road safety and soldier etc also comes to mind .

Here in the North if we harvest this sizes of yams we we use them seedlings for the next farming season.

So guys,I embarked on another eventful trip to ugbolu market in Delta state,which is a rural market to buy tubers of yam again,but to be honest with you they re very pricey.

It's seems like these villagers has wisened up more than us that resides in the city.
The prices of commodities has skyrocketed,I pity the common man.

One major problems I encountered was the monetary exchange,as I didn't go with cash,and majority of the villagers wants cash,I told the lady to pls allow me make transfer to her acct,she pointed a POS lady to me who's charges were high.

Those yams are native yams , not from the north. The one's from the north is cheaper

This yam is different from northern yam, the one's you have in the north is cheaper

Truth is the people you meet in that market are the middle men..... You gats get to the market very early in the morning to meet the real farmers...

The middle men come very early, buy off the produce from the farmers... Then wait for township peeps like you to come buy it... By then they have added enough profits..

I asked the mama how much are those portioned ones sold she said it's 1000.

I priced the bagged potatoes for 7k,she turned down my request,so I movvvved.
