The fact that lagos gained much of its development as former capital doesn't mean its governance should be a free show for all. The origins still have the exclusive right just like every other state to protect their legitimate interest within the ambit of the law as it best suits their state as long as other peoples legitimate interests remain unaffected.

This is 21st century. The world has evolved. I am not saying the origins should be pushed aside but for the fact that Nigeria occupied that space b4 has made the state more dynamic and flexible. If Nigerians can go abroad and represent their locality, why can't the same be replicated on our own soil. The thing is, the right of the locals must not be usurped. Through consultation, a lot can be achieved

. Are Yorubas in the Anambra and other Eastern states cabinets? Are Yorubas in the Board Membership of those states? All those privileges are not for IGBOS again in Lagos! Any Igbo looking for a political appointment shiukd go back to his state! Pronto!

honestly igbos need to behave like the Jews and have one voice. Only then will they be respected. How can some group of hungry igbo people looking for appointments in their own APC party tag it "Igbos" that is nonsense. The igbos in LASG worked for their election, igbos are not lazy and do not beg for handouts.

Well, maybe when they replicate the courtesy accorded Igbokwe and all Igbos etc here in the southwest, to the same degree, perhaps, this request could be considered...until then (which they will never do) the answer is an EMPHATIC, UNEQUIVOCAL, IMPOSSICANT (sic) "NO"!!!

See ehnn, I be confam Ado/warri pikin and I have been on this forum than you might know. I be the observing type and i have observed that the majority of igbo's on Nairaland and in Nigeria (90% and 70% respectully) are toxic, hateful, spiteful, envious, boastful and fvrking TRIBALISTIC. Back to our iroyin,...You see ehnn we are not fortunate in any way. We simply used our education and exposure to make Lagos what it is today. Do we have oil like states such as Delta, Rivers, cross rivers, Bayelsa or Akwa ibom? . Are we bigger than any of these states I mentioned? These states I mentioned, aren't they also around the coast lines of the Atlantic ocean just like Lagos? Cross river was once the FCT of the federation but what do they have to show for it?.... He noted that the Igbos played a decisive role in the last gubernatorial election, where all Igbo, market women came out en-mass despite the hiccups to ensure that Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu was re-elected for a second term.

The surprising thing about you people is that you sit in your safe spaces and assume nonsense. Nzeogwu, was IGBO because of the Coup. Same Nzeogwu is a Niger Deltan because of oil proceeds. Why it's disgusting exchanging banters with you preeeeks is because your envy and pathetic orientation has made you so despicable
.

IGBOs fought a war prosecuted by your useless elders and cheered by inhumane people like you. After the war and without Government patronage, they rebuilt their home states to be even better than the regions like yours that didn't even see a Bomb. With this fear of self determination to excel, you feel they shouldn't be celebrated [b]and proud about that achievement?

Citing Lagos as an example...with all the Government patronage since 1960, Lagos is still a cesspit and decaying state. Delapidated infrastructure abound everywhere and you want to celebrate that shythole? Even capitals in Poor Eastern European countries are 30000000% better than that pigsty you call commercial bullshyt

Don't let me go off the chain and school you thoroughly...don't ever in your miserable life insult a race that came out of the ashes and surpassed your useless expectations, even though you never fired a freaking bullet..spits

The Igbos succeeded in influencing many other ethnic groups in the last election, If I be Sanwo Olu, I will reduce Igbo influence on other ethnic groups by rather appointing, calabar, Akwa Ibom, Ijaw , middle belt people under a umbrella, make them benefit and protect their interest and make them move away from the igbos politically, Igala trader association, ijaw trader association should well relate with or just find a way to include even the nine traders

, Oma Igala association in Lagos should include both traders and none on traders, it’s not by force to include the drug traffickers in Lekki , Ndlea will take care of those ones.
