I have lived in Russia for 5 years and other CIS countries like Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus and Kazakhstan spending atleast 1 year in each of their capital cities.
Apart from cheap university fees, cheap accomodation and transport fees eventhough their educational standards are high, there is nothing else Russia or Eastern European countries can offer to any African.

True, the west is no angel but they learn from mistakes. I am aware ghadafi was evil and Hussein was a monster but that's not my issue with them, NATO comes into a country takes out the person or persons they don't like and leave the country in chaos, ghadafi was taken out good, but lybia is now a warzone, Hussein was taken out but Iraq is now a hot bed for Islamic extremists. You don't start what you can't finish if NATO wants to remove a dictator at least put the country in order before you leave, they should treat everyone how they treated Korea, Japan and West Germany.

Coming to Africa, read up the fracophones and how France keeps sponsoring dictators in Cameroon, Chad, Niger and equitoral guinea just to keep them loyal, look at the unjust monetary policy of the African countries still using the CFA Franc.

Does the UK practise real democracy? When was the last time the people of UK directly elected a PM or their King/Queen? Sit there and be glorifying a particular leadership style. However, my post for today is about something different
I went on excursion to a paramilitary camp in Yakutsk, Russia, (coldest city in the world) to make some video documentaries about some vintage Russian tanks they have there. (I am still editing those documentaries)
.
However, at the end of my shooting (the main video) I decided to do something crazy. Walk up to Russian military (A general and a field soldier). I asked the Russian General to say hello to Nigeria and he gladly did it even with a salute!


I asked the soldier boy to say hello to my favourite Nairalander ( falseprophet1 ). (His funny false prophecies always make my day! One of the reasons why Nairaland is still so much fun for me ) He understands English to some extent, so he bursted out laughing realizing that someone's name is 'falseprophet'

No job in Russia Federation, if you wanna Japa rather go to Western Europe or places like US UK AUSTRALIA CANADA. Those are the places where I think one can easily integrate into society, as for Russia I traveled far and wide searching for jobs the only available job in Russia are labourer in construction site, giving out flier to passerby, supermarket job that's all which you may not even get at all. Then we were like 10 but unfortunately none make a headway.

So which Job do you want to get in Canada if not supermarket and construction site ?
You can literally spend 6 months in Canada with no Job in view, just go to travel section and u see comments directly from people in there currently searching for Jobs...

You have a Degree or certificate in Russia that will make you qualify for a professional Job ?

True, the west is no angel but they learn from mistakes. I am aware ghadafi was evil and Hussein was a monster but that's not my issue with them, NATO comes into a country takes out the person or persons they don't like and leave the country in chaos, ghadafi was taken out good, but lybia is now a warzone, Hussein was taken out but Iraq is now a hot bed for Islamic extremists. France have always been a war mongering nation. The french are the ones who defined wars thus the reason we have majority of military ranks and terms that are french. Those dictatorship they leveraged on in Africa is true but we must also realize Africans have very weak will power. I am sorry to say this, it's how europeans and majority of the world view Africa. A continent with leaders who don't care, look at all the communist lead uprising African nation used in freeing themselves from Colonia rule. All of them amounted to nothing, because at the end the Savior ended turning up to be a dictator. What you Africans fail to realize is that everyone have a price, so it's always up the leadership to leverage this avenue to benefit their people. Saddam was a dictator and western Ally but when he started making open threat to the royals across the Arab nation, he turned enemy. The same thing with Iran, when the royal family was overthrown by the revolution, they turned enemy because you now have an extreme form of extreme islam who used power to legitimatize it's existence. Putting them on collision course with the west since Israel was now in their full scope.

So when I hear Africans talk like it's a clear cut NATO entering a sovereign a nation and stamping it's authority, I wonder where the ability to reason is. America presence in the middle east is a form of guns for hire. Whereby the royals across all Arab nations use the USA military might in exchange for oil.
To point to evidence Just years back, Iran states Bahrain was a region that belonged to them. It's a trend that will be cascading and will engulf the world with war.

African leaders are the ones keeping Africa poor. The Arabs took advantage with resources they had and struck a deal with the west, which is the development we are currently observing. While Africa have seen leaders who accumulate wealth at the expense of the nation and then ending up stashing it outside.
