Please I need help and suggestions!

My husband is diagnosed of zero sperm count.

Prior to this, he conducted SFA in January and it was about 3million.

Scrotal ultrasound shows that he has left undescended testicles.

Hormones profile test shows that he has low testosterone, high LH and FSH.

Please has anyone dealt with this and what steps did you take?

Never heard that a man can have zero sperm count, like nothing at all? Common ones are low count

Anyway follow doctors procedures for him to build his count up again, but my dear it will take years hope you can wait? Wish you the very best.

P.S ladies pls always go for fertility tests before marrying any man cos these days there are so many infertile men, it saves you from unnecessary avoidable headache.

That undescended testicle shouldn't be joke with by parent of a boy who has it.

What has age got to do with caring whether a man has zero sperm count or not? Younger men can't have same sperm issues? You are the same clout chasing consistent liar that claim to have lived abroad, I'm assuming you should be able to logically use your brain properly when trying to drop comments not the daftness you spewed above.

You need to talk to a fertility doctor. To avoid wasting your time and resources, you can simply do ICSI. All that is needed is a single (or a few) viable sperm, not those millions. Even if nothing is produced via eja.culation, sperm can be retrieved directly from the testicles through a minor painless process. But make sure you have some millions (~3m) for the entire process.

Your best chance for conception is via Artificial reproductive technology . One option is IVF with donor sperm. Adoption is another option.

Secondly, your husband should consider taking out the undescended testes because it’s capable of malignant transformation since it’s existed outside of the scrotum for this long. Usually best to return it to the normal position as early as possible.

Even if the Aunty is 40 that doesn’t mean that she’d have to accept every option that comes her way.

As a matter of fact, a 43 yrs old Lady that’s close to being menopausal still has far far better chance conceiving naturally than a 33 yr old man with Azoospermia or two poor sperm parameters. Let’s not kid ourselves. Female infertility can be tackled through varieties of options and pregnancy will be achieved but male infertility, na more of try ya luck and on God.

first you've to confirm if there are medical solutions to the undescended testicular issues, I'm pretty sure there modern procedures to help fix this abnormalities, afterwhich a good diets regimen can help rejuvenate his sperm counts. All the best.

Thats the thing, before I sent proof you also said me being in the abroad was fictional.

Many people have come out to say I am a jobless graduate typing fron one village but J just ignored them but as you can see the weather is beautiful today so was in a good mood.

My stories are not fictional, they are real life experiences, you can either take it or leave it.

At this point, assisted reproduction is the way to go. Since the infertility is male factor, ICSI is most recommended where sperm will be surgically extracted from the testes and injected into the egg. It's more expensive than IVF and I'm not sure about it's success rate.

There's hope since only one testis is affected. I think with sperm boosters the unaffected testis can produce adequate volume of sperm

I think both of you need to see a urologist who will be in the best position to advice you after series of test you guys will conduct on him

Then he will need your help and cooperation to get treated because you have to make sure he takes his drug and may be placed on special diets too
