Can a student with a UK visa in UK apply for America visa from UK? I reckon it's possible since the student is now resident in the UK. But I'm not too sure, I just need clarification from the gurus here. Thanks

Firstly, I am 31 years old, single, and no kids. I will be applying for my masters student visa this week. I hope my single status won't raise any concern?

Secondly, does a reference letter from previous work has to be stamped with the company's stamp or just signature is enough? Or does a stamped reference carries heavier recognition?

Lastly, I was denied US student visa 2021. I will be declaring that but then, I no longer have the document given to me. Please, I'd appreciate your suggestion on sighting the reason for denial when filling that part .

2. There's no weight in using a stamped letter. Submit your reference letter as it comes (stamped or unstamped). It must be signed though.

3. I won't be able to suggest when I don't know the reason why you were refused. The generic reason borders around 'insufficient home ties'. If that is your case then a sentence around that should be fine.

The process is the same like in Nigeria, fill the visa application form and book your appointment for biometrics/interview.

You will be told if your application has been approved or refused

The HO is more generic, your personal consent will be detailed

2. First page is for the applicant (Individually signed), 2nd if you had a child dependant if not then skip,3rd is for financial documents which applies to your case, you should sign that

I have only received the provisional offer like 3 weeks ago

Please,I have a question about this new policy that will take effect by January,2024. Does it apply only to ppl that want to apply and bring in their dependants by January, or does it also affect people that are in UK already but yet to bring in their dependants? I want to be clear on this.

I am currently filling up the application form: The section where I need to input the Course fee and the amount I have paid. The school gives an automatic #1000 scholarship. My CAS includes This #1000 in the amount deposited (Actual fee deposited + #1000 scholardship).

MY QUESTION: Do I input the AMOUNT PAID just as stated in the CAS or without the #1000 scholarship?
