For those that are students, I'll advise you go through your university service (if they have one). Although, they'll most likely use one of the following, who provide their services to professionals and students alike:

Good afternoon House.
please I need the best of advice/ideas to solving this problem before someone does what he no suppose.
An ex patient or service user raised a sexual complaint against her previous carer since last year August and he has been suspended from work ever since. We first thought it would be over soon that its just to do investigation and come up with findings which will either proof guilt or innocence. But loo and behold up till now the issue is still on the table. The last action that sparked outrage was during one session he was asked some questions in which he mentioned hes schooling in a university, so they now went ahead to write the Uni to inform them hes under investigation so the uni asked him to stay away until he is cleared. I cant stomach this injustice anymore. Please how does someone fight this kind of battle. It took months for the details of the so called offence that led to safeguard was even known o. the police have been invited and they couldnt find any evidence of misbehavior. Yet these people are hell bent in destroying a mans life. the only thing was that the girl was given a lift and the discussion was going intimate and he claimed he stopped it and dropped her off at the hospital and went his way. that very week wahala started and up till now na on top of the matter we still dey. No work since last year and the small consolation traing hes trying to do they blocked it without any formal conviction. this BS has to stop.

Please any great advice will be welcomed
Thanks.

I want to give you a piece of my mind but I will exercise restrain. You don't know me nor him and then you jump into conclusion that I blocked him from coming.

Was I not the one who initially filled him as my dependent? Things happen and people fall apart, people's circumstances change and circumstances influences people's decisions.

I agree. The fellow definitely wasn't using it.

I wonder how he felt comfortable coming up with all that conjecture without anything to substantiate it other than 'women are bad.'

Definitely it would affect it, he cannot be married to 2 individuals, he has to divorce you first. Once embassy sees that application, na straight to denial bin that if he doesn't get 5-10years ban but if he has a divorce letter already, otilo

Thank you. I intend to start the divorce process asap but divorce in Nigeriq takes time the reason I'm asking if there's anything else I need to do to enable him be with whoever he wants as a dependent.

Should I inform the HO of my current circumstance?

Your senses are not in the right places. Obviously some nuts have been unscrewed. I pity your partner or whoever marries you.

How do you jump to conclusions about my situation when you don't even have the full story. Just wow.

If I was so much of a bad person as you have painted me, would I care if my initial application would affect his? Would I be here asking questions just so his application goes without any hindrances.

Oga use your brain when typing.

I will advice that you start doing away with your type of mindset. Do not jump into conclusions. You can ask questions but do not speak authoritatively on a matter you do not have enough details on. I know a lot of young Nigerians display this atitude but try and shake it off, you will be better for it, trust me.

Interesting!

I'm currently in the market shopping for an entry-level BA role, and mehn, it's been a tough ride.

As a BCS-certified foundational BA, the interest is to apply the knowledge and leverage my transferable skills to improve my BA proficiencies/practice but the entry roles are not there. Daily, you'll see adverts for medium and senior level BAs but it seems no one is interested in grooming the next generation of BAs.

Could you please share some insight into getting entry-level BA roles or how to access learning environments that's not influenced by profiteering as with most of the course sellers...Thanks

I believe Business Analysts require soft skills which are transferable. With self-motivation and drive to learn and development opportunities, people should be able to transit into BA accountabilities.

Sorry chief, I don’t know anything about BA but Goke has given sound advise. Just look for graduate BA roles.

His comment was absolutely disgusting, insinuating on gross assumption.

He must have a very dark mind to think of such and come on a public domain to spill it as well.

Plus, he's got little or no emotional intelligence to have typed that rubbish. Some people sha!

Don't mind the shameless people.

The same place they get the mindset that women are bad and many choose to leave because they are wicked.

They don't see the connection between their archaic mindsets that justify propositioning a patient (as a carer who is supposed to be on safeguarding duties) or suggest that another person should feel free to harass a black woman anytime he wants to 'do the do', and how that relates to the way many women feel uncomfortable or oppressed around/with them, to the point of wanting to escape by any means.
