This game pain me... Always losing to Ghana narrowly, either by penalty or away goal! Like say dem dey use juju for us!

That means we didn't qualify for U-20 Women's World Cup?

No bro... WAFU tournaments are usually for AFCON qualification. AFCON will determine who qualifies for world cup.
However, we don't know if the just ended tourney will be used as qualification format.

I don't think this tournament was a qualifier for the women u-20 world cup... CAF don't yet have a women u-20 championship self..
Moreso, the host of fhe next women u-20 world cup hasn't even been announced yet

Her players let her down. She tried. They supposed dey gingered after her first catch. Smh. They better drill pk into these girls sha. Very annoying that this is the 3rd time in 3 tournaments (2World cups and now wafu B) that pk is a big big problem, esp as signs exist that they don't train for it.

Overall the ref influenced the outcome of the entire game by 60%

I was expecting Iyene Etim as first choice because of her performance for Abia Angels this season and regular call up to the SuperFalcons of recent, but she appeared like someone who have injury....

The penalty was biased in favour of Ghana.
It was just a way out for Ghana in the firsr half.Nigeria scored a clean goal in swcond half ,but ghana had to use penalty to score so what did they play.
That referee from cote divoire was scared of blowing for justice in front of home fans.
Besides,allow them eat their cup!!
Iam not surprised at the outcome kudos to our girls at caf womens under 20, we would defeat Ghana.
Home advantage is a thing they always have used to their own help.
When last did Nigeria win against ghana with home advantage.
The call for our foul for penalty in the last 20mins was overlooked!!!!
Did u not notice!
So the ref helped Ghana win.
Allow them win their stupid cup.
On world stage they always Bleep up.
Its rivals mentality that makes them hard against Nigeria to be flexing muscles.
The hate is there .you cant take it from them.
Its just the truth!!!!
They would not win anything in the afcon!!!
Trust me on this!!
Caf and their stupidity.
Is there no VAR IN THIS QUALIFICATION tourney.
Idiots !!!

I am not confident in Chris Danjuma. Bankole should have went up with his girls.

At least we know Delta were not the best defensive team because of their keeper. I don't know why that man benched Comfort Folorunsho.

It is clear Danjuma has to be one of the worst and incompetent coaches for any of our female national teams.
His list of ‘accomplishments’ include:

1. Failure to deliver Olympics qualification by losing to Ivory Coast
2. Failed in U20 vs an average Netherlands team
2. Failed in U20 Wafu B final against a poor Ghana team.

How on earth can you get to a final and not train your players in penalties? How dumb a coach can you be? All he does is shout on the sidelines, instead of providing the girls with the intellectual tools to defeat their opponents.

This is the same Danjuma that was a very poor coach during the WC (Ajibade’s set) when they also crashed out in the quarterfinals and played extremely poor football.

How this useless coach still remains in reckoning is a reminder of the corrupt nature of our football administration.

Our girls had absolutely no business losing to this Ghanaian team, especially when you realize Danjuma had the great option of selecting the very best of players from Nigerias recent campaigns from the WWC U20 and WWC U17 teams ( who came 3rd at U17 WWC). These girls had big game tournament experience while Ghana, on the other had, just hand picked players who had no prior big game experience.

This is an absolute disgrace and goes to demonstrate how useless a coach Danjuma is!

I hope this U20 goalkeeper is not another Memunatu Sulemana ooo, but if she’s good for them and I hope she keeps this pace to the highest level, cause Sulemana worry them Mercy Akide, Perpetual Nkwocha, Avre and co that year o.

I wonder if she gets the same recognition in Ghana as our own Ann Chiejene gets here in Nigeria and Africa at Large cause this woman was a stumbling block that year…
