HacheNoire:That is your business with Bezos and will be corrected soon by US government unlike Nigeria where things continue to become worst and the government continue adding to the problem. Again, I don't have any thing against Dangote, inshort, we need such people to make the system work, all am saying is that why can't our refineries work if truly they really want subsidy to die a natural death 1 Like |

fergie001: The Joe argument is flawed. Is there a law that says we must buy from Dangote? Nigeria can continue to import finished product (pms) like that are doing now. Dangote only refinery in Nigeria in which he can sell his end product to other Nations. Joe should appreciate him for creating jobs. Also nothing stops the govt from making use of her own refinery. Unfortunately he's biased, he's a known obidient. Reason people like him should have been neutral. 3 Likes |

A 1000naira?. You choose to be pessimistic but we know and trust that dangote is a patriotic Nigerian and has demonstrated this consistently but you Ajaero we know are in cohort with those hoping to destabilise Nigeria because they did not win an election. 25kg cement in the UK is £7.49 so we know we are not being robbed. We believe that PMS will come down to 400 to 500 due to transportation differential. fergie001: |

About 30 plus years ago UK sold their British Gas, British Telecom and regional electricity companies i know because I still hold the shares. They sold to individuals and corporations. Bureaucracy and interests often mean that governments cannot successfully run businesses. Almost half the workforce in British Telecom took voluntary redundancy cos they were being paid for doing essentially nothing. nnamdi640: |

Forget Ajero,Forget Dangote stop defending the govt, the Nigerian govt is a total failure and deceiving some people here on d issue of not able to get a functioning refinary the bottom line here is d Nigerian govt is so corrupt Go to other countries like china and see how govt refinary re functioning, see how govt provide the essential amenities for it's citizen to enjoy if govt can't provide Al these then what is the purpose of govt Am sure we all know d basic functions of govt in a country ask yourself have d Nigerian govt kept to those functions they re supposed to provide? Stop stop defending the govt....... When you have a corrupt govt nothing i repeat nothing will work 1 Like |

We hope to speak to intelligent minds but alas all we see demonstrated is ignorance. You have expectations that price will be static for 12 years. I rest my case. For the record I have always supported subsidy removal because I read to understand and I understood the need for it but also believe that when people know better they should do better. It is not a crime to change one’s mind when they get understanding. zedegit: |
