It's all about how you use it

It was kind of a open secert that religion was used in this election.

Even we Christians too used religion. Peter Obi as a result of the religious posturing of APC used religion a lot , and too obviously, to campaign for the Presidency. He lost because a lot of Christians still owe APC and PDP a lot...and because politics is local (see Benue for example).

Anyway, at the end of the day, Tinubu using a Christian vice would have meant he used religion too.

All in all, I don't like the use of religion in politics, be it APC, PDP, and or LP. It is despicable, wrong, and it shows that most Nigerians are too lazy to vote on ideas.

Muslims voted enmasse for Buhari, who was a great defender of Islam. See how it turned out. Ditto, tinubu. For our sakes, I hope Tinubu gets serious. Then again, knowing Nigerian politicans, I am not holding my breath.
