Congrats bro. Happy for you. The car will not kill you, you will not kill anybody with the car, you will buy many more and better cars, on the day armed robbers and kidnappers will be on your route, may the engine not respond. Gbese will never know your address by reason of driving the car. I have a dream that before this year ends I'll drive my own car too. Cheers

Always have ball joints spare parts handy, infact, always make sure they are kept in your car because you dont know when the ones on your car will give up

For those kind of body creaks and rattles that don't affect drivability, just increase volume of radio and keep driving..

Na old motor.. If you try to fix every minor creak and rattle, it will bankrupt you.

My colleague in the office spent close to 100k chasing one phantom barely noticeable creak in his car dashboard for months.. Last last, mecho wey dismantle dashboard no fit couple am back properlygrin.. A broken clip here, broken plastic and a cut wire there, that's how matter escalated to the extent of airbag deploying on its own and nearly killing him while he was in the car, parked by the roadside... If e enter pothole, windscreen defroster and wiper go on, and plenty other gbege enter the moto.

fooking naija mechanics/artisans . they cannot touch anything and leave it the same

one time my mechanic disconnected my petrol tank when i got water in it. after that once my tank was filled at a station, it would always leak small once it was topped. we finally removed and refixed . mechanics ehn, , ,

Op, don't drink and drive. Don't overspeed so you can stay alive to buy a newer, bigger one. Use recommended fluids esp ATF. Buy a scanner, so you are aware of issues that come up per time and get help from people on here in fixing them. Don't let your car get kazeemed!

Congrats bro, drove DC for straight one year, logos to Asaba no single ball joint issues till I sold it and upgraded. Honda Accord is one of the finest vehicles from Honda.

According to Portable, Wahala wahala. My Benz full tank now is N49,500 for 90 litres at N550 which is the cheapest price so far in Jos.

Congratulations!

I have been using my EOD V6 since 2015, still rides well, low noise engine with good fuel consumption even with regular A/C and bad roads in Lagos, just ensure routine maintenance, oil change every 4-6months, get genuine parts, OEM parts are pricey so be prepared.

The downside is the power steering pump which tends to leak and make momentary squeaking sound.

The car has a good suspension and well balanced especially on the highway at high speed.

Be careful of your steering Rack and your power pump , make sure at the time your are buying it they are in best performance .. the two works together once one fail the other will fails automatically

Be changing ball joints regularly. Also change engine oil regularly, be mindful on the cooling system to avoid over heating. and you will enjoy the car.

Never driven it before, but I'm talking from personal experience on the Honda. Be it 4 or 6 cylinders, all of them are powerful speed machines. Several car owners have also confirmed my claim.
