Owerris’ problem still remains its bad inner roads that are not swept regularly, as well as lack of proper maintenance of its greenery! I’ve always said if Owerri could get at least Abuja or Uyo level of roads….swept regularly and with the accompanying well maintained greenery, it would be the most beautiful state capital in Nigeria! |
