They haven't proven anything.she admitted that the glitch could have happened locally on inec end without AWS knowing

it is not LP witness that would prove a Glitch. That is left for INEC's witnesses.

INEC must prove that indeed there was a glitch.

The fact that LP expert witness agreed that anything could have happened, did not mean that a glitch actually happened.

Cross examination of INEC witness by LP lawyers is very critical to any evidence of glitch or not.

On whose authority is the witness in court? She affirmed the lawyers question by saying she is not in court on behalf of AWS but as an Expert.
Her witness submission portray her as a representative of AWS. That's double standard and that can go against the outcome of the case....

Do you have a copy of the court's witness schedule or pleading?. Since you obviously are not in possession of these documents and are equally not privy to who LP legal team told the court this witness is, and the veracity of her witness, what then is the basis of your spurious claims?.

Dude, take a breath.

Her report is general, there are specific reports which AWS in official capacity can be made to produce that's not for all eyes.in any case, she said her report is not conclusive.again, she's not the maker of the document and cannot speak for it
My brother, any report that is in public cannot be classify as classified information any more. Anyone can make use of it because it is in public view, all you need doing is to give reference to the author. I think someone had opened a thread on that in this forum on the same report released by Amazon. Saying it is a public report, she has exonerated herself.

He refers the court to Section 74 of Electoral Act...

[ THE COURT IS CRAZILY HEATED RIGHT NOW! ]

Dr Livy SAN ;
He noted that they sent lawyers with an application to the states and they refused to hand over the documents, that, the documents must be certified by the INEC headquarters.

The court :
The court is displeased by the reactions of people in court, that lawyers are showing misconduct and saying 'no no no no', that these days, that senior advocate and judges are speaking and they are reaction. there's no respect for elders.
It's a pity we are living in a lawless country where impunity prevails.

Only the originator of maker of that public document can conclusively testify to it.for instance, only waec can testify conclusively to the authenticity of their cert and not an outsider even though it is general knowledge.sn outsider cannot speak for an organization in a private capacity.the prof last week did far better

Only legal team of a corporate body is eligible to represent such a body in any legal representation.

You people should keep celebrating nuisances, at the end Tinubu will come out victorious and all those impersonating organizations will find themselves behind bars.

The court:
The court now requests the petitioners provide the documents which show they have made these applications for the documents to show the contravention of Section 74 of the Electoral Act.

[ Justice Adah notes that the Petitioners could have lodged a formal complain of the violation of Section 74(2) so that the penalty for violation will be implemented. ]

Dr Livy SAN:
responds that the Resident Commissioners were ordered by the National INEC not to release documents except by the order of the National.

The court:
The court notes that the petitioners were supposed to request subpoena for the resident electoral commissioners so that at the violation, they could be punished, but they requested subpoena for the INEC commission headquarters and chairman.

Dr Livy SAN:
He reaffirms his position that the court has powers to make sure his orders are obeyed and that the court should do the needful.

AB Mahmoud SAN :
He now requests that the ICT guy proceeds with presenting the documents he came with so that we can make progress.

[ One Dr. Lawrence Bayode, Deputy Director of ICT INEC now present documents with respect to the subpoena of 13th June 2023.]

And from her testimony, she agreed that there could have been a glitch from inec server internally without AWS knowing.
Again, she's not the maker of her report and cannot testify for it
The report is not a classified report. The report can be accessed by anyone, it Is for public consumption. You heard that they asked her, if she used password to access the report and she told the court no because it is for public use. If AWS says no glitch on her website but INEC is claiming otherwise, they should produce their cloud tray for examination. Simple as A B C

You must be a clown.

If I say there was no rain yesterday and you say there was rain. So who has the greatest burden of proof?

The person that says. there was no rain or the person that says there was rain?

Bro, for mental health reasons, I don't quote people. But lemme just say this here, she brought a health report on the server and it was without glitch and as such no downtime ot whatever. Whole is knows this as the ones he quoted had downtimes ad it was stated. There is evidence of good or bad heath report on the server. The respondents are really missing it. She is very good. When they(respondents) go he today, they will attest to a bad day for today

Q. Do you agree that network failure is also a glitch and there was a glitch on the INEC site at that time.

A. I disagree, network failure could have happened on the side of the person performing the upload.

Q. You said in your affidavit that the INEC site crashed.
So network failure will happen through out the federation

A. That's right

Logically there could have been a temporary gitch that prevented documents upload during the election. Case closed! They helped her to finish herself and LP. Amateur witness at best!

How can a serious petitioner considered this dummy a star witness? Oh, goodness!

Labour Party has lost! There's no way back into it.
