Lol. Mere looking at this and what it represents, the name is worth nothing less than $10k to any seasoned domain investor. As a beginner, I'd price it at 5k dolls for a quick sale. The seller is smart. Selling at 8k5 is a good move too and the buyer knew its worth.

But I'll tell you this: the more time you spend playing with ED and the more curious you are with the filters, the better you'll get at spotting good names. No desperation, just curiosity! And give it time; you'll eventually find your filters.

PS "Good names" is too generic a term. You need to decide what kind of good names are you looking: EMDs? Brandables? Geo domains? Keywords? This will guide how you play with the filters.
