Walai,Messiah as you call,Jesus Christ was an excellent man. Extremely good man,a loyal messenger of Allah. But Allah had to send Muhammad as the final messenger to restore the proper conduct Jesus couldn't wait to complete,Muhammad was the last prophet and final prophet and Allah made sure he touched everything before he left. Some came before Jesus and they did their work too,they were all Muslims,Jesus came and did his work,he is a Muslim,he believes in one God,he used to pray to Allah by bending his back and placing his head on the ground like Orthodox Christians do. The prayer wasn't well defined then,it was their way of praying to God,he could do it just once and pray to God in his own way,even Muhammad before he went to collect defined prayer and other prophets before Jesus used to pray that way to Allah because they were all muslims,then Allah called Muhammad and Angel Gabriel took him to Allah,there,Allah gave him prayer code proper,it was the same way Jesus and other prophets prayed but well defined,he met Jesus along with 6 other prophets on his way to visit Allah. They told him to reduce the number of Salat which was 50, that they knows the people,they won't pray it Muhammad kept going to reduce it until he got it reduced to 10 and Jesus told him to go back to Allah to reduce it to 5,Muhammad reduced it successfully,Jesus told him to reduce it further but he couldn't go back to reduce it further as he was ashamed. But the 5 prayers is the defined and well established way of praying it.
But the call to prayer was a dream from 2 of prophet Muhammad's companions,it was when they wanted to buy bell to call people to pray,they had the same dream that they saw an angel telling them to say the prayer after them,the same way we say it today,then,one of them quickly rushed to Prophet Muhammad to tell him the dream,prophet said he should train Bilal the Ethiopian how to call prayer and always call it because he has a loud voice. At the mosque,they met another companion who quickly said he had a dream and his dream was exactly the way the other one(Umar) had it.

It points to the imperfection of the precise Qur'an where about Allah, AHAD was used instead of WAHEED and Qur'an translators have to twist the language to stay with the oneness of Allah.
