waynetee:hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha......funny hearing this from someone who's afraid of venturing out of his enclave. You know it's crazy when someone moves to another region and starts doing better than the people from that region. I guess that's where your bitterness emanates from. You're in your own land and still living in penury and someone else is doing great and it pains you so bad |

GetSenseNow: Igbos will move to the East eventually The craze for properties in Lagos is dieing down gradually The effects will be felt in no distant time If you know the number of igbos in the US, Europe and Diaspora that were buying up Properties in Lagos. But many of them are thinking home now after what happened during the election Property developers have started complaining of less patronage now from these buyers It will be gradual Real Estate business in the East is taking a new shape Those that have sense should key into this market now it's still young Before it gets Saturated There are massive Land's for Real Estate Development in the East 1 Like |

Babathanks: Exactly, Many Igbos don't have common sense and respect for others. They just do things without thinking of tomorrow. How will you from another region will want to influence other people from another region against their leaders and expect them not to attack you? How will they partake in the politics and religion of their host community and even deride the culture and traditions of their host community and expect hands not to turn against them? I also grew up in Kaduna and we respect the host community, their traditions and culture, and politics. We never interfere and they are fine with us. The least we can do is vote in presidential election because it is a national thing but for the local elections we shove back our pvc. We can not say we want to change the present government of kaduna because of our own gains. It will be like a statement of war. 3 Likes |

You guys should learn to live with other people. Wailing everytime. When I jaws through issac boro wanted to establish niger delta Republic then is was igbos that destroyed that dream and locked him up. Now you are crying foul everyday. Where do u want to build a sea port in the east. Do you have access to the sea or do you think any south south state is willing to join you guys. You people are only paying for your crime against the niger delta people. taylor89: 1 Like 1 Share |

You people are trying to get the man killed cos the last Yoruba who tried to be councillor was killed. Let me be frank with you there was a time when I would take mostly Igbo as tenant ( Now na Wazobia i am listening to Igbo landlords who have been there no tribe more than 45%) and for the most part they are good but if you get one bad one often times an ipob they are criminal minded and have come to Lagos to move in and destroy and they have anti Yoruba sentiments. With time, they will terrorise fellow Igbo into cohorts to stage gorilla warfare against you their landlord. I was warned but I want people to tell me who they are so that when I decide to go gangster then all bets are off. Now I am too old and my health for me to getting into that. Most Nigerians want to be seen as good so they quietly do their evil so now everyone including me our deeds is out for posterity to judge. GetSenseNow: |

GetSenseNow:You not getting my point. Maybe because you too sentimental to see the my point or you don’t like to travel like me. Nigeria is a multi cultural environment that harbour many tribes together and have history of war with each other. There will always be a fear of domination by the host tribe of any community if the visitor decide to be engaging in there politics. I once live in a local Govt in jigawa state that outlaw Christianity because they believe it will corrupt there community. But we later negotiate with the elders of the community that they should allocate a hall for us that all we want is just to always attend mass of Sunday and we promise that we will never try to convert there wards to catholic/ Christian or purchase a land that will expand us. When they saw our sincerity, a hall was allocated to us for mass and we live peacefully with the conservative Muslims there. Throughout my stay there they don’t see us as a threat anymore. Engaging in other peoples politics or religion have consequences. If it is hausa, they would have start sponsoring terrorist on them |

Babathanks:if you wanna live long in the north, there are two things you shouldn't tampered with and they are religion and politics. You are absolutely right. Normally, as a right thinking individual in another man's land, you ought to mind your business without interfering in their affairs, even if you are invited to interfere, you do it wisely. 4 Likes |

Pls go home let Yoruba breath mbok. Go home and give way to real investors who will not disrespect the laws, traditions, customs and way of life of the inhabitants. Investors who will not only promote progress and harmony always, but will respect the hospitality of Yoruba people without deliberately looking for troubles. taylor89: |
