This is no surprise as end-time pastors now run the church. I need a Biblically adept Christian to show me the Bible verse that allows the pastors usurp the right of parents in giving out and joining their children for marriage. If you are a pastor here, please let me learn from you when and how you received the authority to join partners for marriage because I know from the Bible that this used to be the role of the partners' parents.

My brother Church wedding is a scam now and the marriage cert is not recognized any where
just go for Traditional and after that arrange for Registry that the cert is recognized.

Go to any Government Registry at any Local Government Secretariat.

You can't spend more than 30k to obtain the Certificate.

The Church has no constitutional right to conduct marriages. What they do is solemnization which literally translates to Blessing of Marriage.

Recertification and stamping is #2,000.
Total is #7,500.
