NOBODY in Norway gets married and there is nobody from their family attending... not even a friend. although today, young people in Norway/Scandinavia dont believe in marriage any longer, when they do decide to get hitched, everyone comes along.

i should know about the above, as i used to live a total of 7yrs in Norway and Denmark
also, yes many now come to Africa to find young fit men to marry (Gambia was their preferred country in the past but now west Africa and Kenya is taking over)

i used to live in Trondheim and Oslo, and never met people living off fishing ever. even in the marinas and boatyards you would see very few fishing boats. only place i saw a lot of people living off fishing is/was in the north of the country like Lofotten, Tromso etc

I really don't get your point. Are you saying this girl's marriage is not valid because no relative travelled to Nigeria to attend the wedding ceremony? Even if they connected via Zoom of social media live feed?
