Mindlog:Probably the reason why I was rejected during my interview Thats the only care related interview I have ever been rejected for and I knew they would as they kept hammering on experience They are a bit stricter when it involves minors than adults as I have seen. YP homes may be a bit more lenient Do you know how much the L3 cert costs? |

AlphaWolf27:If you read what she/he wrote very well , you will see it was written.. "its easier to get blue collar jobs than white collar jobs" which is 100% correct irrespective of where you stand on the food chain as long as you are in immigrant. More than 75% of immigrants will do the blue collar jobs to keep body and soul before they fully integrate into the system.. The only set of people exempted are those who got their jobs while sponsorship from Nigeria and they not even up to 25% of the total immigrants annually. What that means is that , if you are not getting your job while still in Nigeria, you almost certain to do the blue collar jobs once you get to the UK initially before you integrate or sort your self in general. |

Solid post. In addition, • Travelling abroad is completely from living and earning there. • Don't also fall into the trap of converting local currency to Naira as bills will erase this mindset real quick • Ensure to have a partner you're travelling with, especially if you're not the sociable type otherwise you'll struggle with loneliness and depression from the weather. • Ensure to have a solid job or offer with a take home of at least £40,000 after tax before going to the UK as the job search is brutal. |

AlphaWolf27:You are more clueless than clueless itself. So because author wrote a book about a subject to educate others means the subject is about him? I’m proud to say my first job in the US is washing dishes in a five star hotel with an older fellow Nigerian who was a medical practitioner in Nigeria and a member of the national sport medical team under Jonathan. Of course non of us is washing dishes anymore and we are doing greater things and I can use my experience to write an article like the op did |

Even if you pay me just to live in the UK, I'll never do that. I don't know why an African would want to live in the UK of all countries.......a country that has no respect for you. |

abba190:Stop being daft, we have refineries, but they're not working because of corruption despite they budget money for them every year, the money still end up in the pocket of our leaders, not Belgium and US. The right thing you would have said is if we have working refineries, our leaders will have less to loot, so who is the problem? So Belgium and US are not aware that Dangote refinery right? Stop talking nonsense! |

hustla:Actually, it is UK govt that paid for it under their apprenticeship program with my company forwarding our names and paying their own little share of the cost. I am still doing it as it would terminate at Level 4 Children, young people and families practitioner. My field is Clinical child psychology, I am into more of neurodevelopmental assessments, children and young persons with emotional and behavioural disorders. |

poseidon12:Of course. But whether anybody likes it or not, any place that doesn’t speak English is a bust. US, UK,Canada and Australia. That’s it! 🤷🏾♀️ German is only good as a second language or if you want to work in an established engineering firm. Once your black kids start speaking English in a German-inflected accent, just forget it |
