Imaging only Japan is the Asian team that qualified to the next round. And FIFA ranked those Asian teams ahead of Nigeria because of corruption. 3 Likes 1 Share |

kheny12:A team tends to lose more points if they lost against a teams ranked below them than the ones above them. A team tends to win more points when they defeat teams ranked above them than the ones below them. This is how the points are calculated. Personally, that is rubbish but na them sabi 1 Like |

mostob:Actually that ranking na rubbish. Sincerely. Teams that haven't done anything worthwhile like Nigeria don't deserve to be ranked above us. Its hilarious. Totally hilarious. That Ireland own weak me pass. If their own continental competition made them climb up well enough, then ours supposed to make up climb even higher as well. I know things are bad but Vietnam?? ๐๐๐ Infact everyone from 30-39 don't deserve to be about Nigeria and South Africa. But we move. E no just gel. The friendlies we played as well didn't look like something came from it too. Not only Nigeria though. Just as example. Some other teams supposed dey above some teams 2 Likes |

daveP:It is rubbish jare.... But then we're not helping matter too. We should have climbed up more than this. Before Pinnick came on board, a year would go by without playing a single friendly. There is also the frequent losses too. 1 Like |

CAF should start off negotiating for 6 guaranteed slots, with one slot taken away from Asia. Then if there is too much opposition to the original offer, CAF should not settle for less than 5 guaranteed slots. |

The AWCON doesn't really do anything for us ranking wise because every team at the tournament are already below us but if we lose a single match it will affect our ranking badly daveP: 3 Likes |

mostob: This one isn't even an internal issue. It's beyond our control. Many others too didn't really play anything. Okay Zambia that use friendlies to pack schedule like puffpuff basket nko? Still fare away. See what I'm saying? Let's see how they move up big after this. They all should be in top 30. I've decided not to use the lens of men's ranking to view this cos that one is still fair to an extent. But this one?? Lol. 1 Like |
