Sorry about this,

Even with the economic situation in Nigeria, Visa is still be issued to Nigerians.

I have always encouraged friends to apply for Visa themselves. This thing is not difficult to do. My GTE is less than 300 words and it shows consistency with my documents and experience.

Asking someone to write a GTE for you or copy from someone is not a good one. This immigration officers are trained psychologist and can easy detect inconsistency.

Please make sure you write you GTE yourself even if an agent is applying for you. It gives you the opportunity m to genuinely speak to you application.

I wrote my GTE myself.. it wasn’t my agent that wrote that for me. Thanks a lot

I’m sorry to hear about your situation. Asides your spouse, siblings and parents, what other home ties did you show?

I think that was my mistake.. I didn’t attach anything else asides family ties.

Hello everyone,
I will be so glad if any on this platform can answer my question as I have asked several questions with no response here. I would like to ask if I can make use of POF arrangement that I will have to pay 3.5 percent or it’s not a good idea to make use of such POF, because this new rate will not let me come up with 30 million and how many months will I have to wait before I can put in my application when I use the POF.

Hello,Please i sent you an email. Can you please respond. Thank you.

Abeg family, y'all should help me explain the next action to take. My friend got this mail and showed her agent, the agent said there's nothing to worry that she will still get her visa and she told the agent that the school has cancelled the coe since her visa is not yet out and school has resumed. Agent said there's nothing to worry about. Please I beg you all, what's the next step to take ? Thanks

There is no work in Tasmania +too much cold. Look for other places like Adelaide,Queensland etc if you must be in a regional area, unless u have a sponsor somewhere paying your fees.

Will Charles Darwin University and university of new England be ok? Considering I need to work out money to pay up fees.

Sorry bro, This is a generics refusal paper!!! I hope its not Case officer by name Jeandre that treated your application.
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Firebox: 7:46pm On Aug 02, 2023
so sorry about your refusal bro,

Kindly note that Strong ties back home should be.
1) Wife with or without child
2) work with good salary ( & Proposed salary after your study should be stated and must be high)
3) landed property in your name. ( get a landed document in your name)
4) own a registered business with CAC documents showing your name.

father, mother, brothers & sisters alone might not be enough unless you wrote a very strong GTE that is able to divert the attention of the reading CASE officer to the importance of that course of study and explain how the course will be of positive impact in your country or the problems you will be able to solve in your country if you can have that qualification.

One more important thing. i observed couple of peeps who get refusal used agent who reside in Australia. i will advice new pple who are just about to apply, should try and consider using physical agents that has his/her two legs in Nigeria,so that you will be able to para for them in case you notice any slurgishness. you wont be able to voice out to those once in Australia ,because they will just ignore your calls or chat and there is nothing you can do about it. not withstanding ,there are good once among them but im just saying based on what i heard.

for example.
1) Nigerian agents always source for updates, because they will only be in business if they get more application successful so pple can refer, its there main hustle, while those abroad are just using it as side hustle, so if application is not successful, it wont really affect them in any way because they are still making good money with their job in australia.

2) Nigerian agents also know many tricks to safeguard student and will advice you on what document to submit, the once you wont submit unless the CASE OFFICER request for it except the Agent is not experienced.

3) Agents in Nigeria will always be available to attend to your needs or you can go to their office and clear things out, because of the same time zone and physical presence, also emotional attachment. While those in Australia are doing other jobs or probably Asleep, so they can be offline when you need them the most.

NB: its just my opinion oh,my message is not to demarket anyone but i care more about my struggling Nigerians who are still able to raise this expensive funds for an Australian education ,especially with the serious Hardship in the Nigeria..

No they haven't deferred the admission and the agent said there's no need to defer it and the next thing was that she saw that coe withdrawal in her email. The agent told her that they will still give her visa bla bla bla and the girl is worried. How can they give visa with coe that has been cancelled? They have applied for that visa fr about 3 months now or 4.

Congratulations to you. I tap into your testimony. Can you share the documents you attached and how many months did you wait before applying?(after the principal applicant has gone)

Will greatly appreciate your response.

Visa for 3 months and no decision? That’s strange. Anyway, I will advise she tells the agent to defer to the next intake so she will have some time to her advantage. Once she differs, the school will send an updated coe which she would then attach to her immi account. That makes more sense than waiting in the shadows when the coe is about to be canceled. Based on the email you shared, she has only 28 days to make a decision, so the earlier the better. I hope this helps. Maybe the most experienced amongst us can throw more light to this.

Primary applicant left around February I had to wait 3 months before started our application ( me and my son). There was also slight delays cause of my work and timing

I submitted my company documents and account statement; with proof of ties to Nigeria and proof that I’ve been in a relationship with my wife for sometime

It is the account I basically use for my business so there was inflow and outflow; the least I had at any point was never below 25m

You can start by googling the schools that offers HRM in Australia. Google with surely give you an answer and you can choose from there.
Yes your step dad can sponsor your studies as long as you can show relationship and he has sufficient funds to show that he can sponsor you.
