Please who can help in admission ro Cambrian college. I try applying to the school and the site is taking me to ocas site. And they are requesting for official transcript. And also all the program am selecting are close even up till January 2025. Any agent that can help in securing admissions. I don't want to rely on NBCC alone because they are already taking long in repling applicant. This is one month now no admission yet I check the fee on Cambrian college on same course I apply to in NBCC is 2k difference. I think I can afford that.
NBCC is no longer accepting applications from Nigeria until 2025. As for Cambrian College, you cannot apply for admission directly, you need to use an agent for that, and you can find the list of agents from their website.

IRCC sends that to ask you why you committed a particular offence they noticed on your application eg. If you didn’t disclose a previous refusal, you submitted a fraudulent statement of account etc. it doesn’t mean your application will be rejected or approved. Depends on how well you are able to respond to it. Just note that if you are found guilty, you get 5 year ban. Ild recommend you hire an immigration lawyer to assist with that. I wish good luck!

Bobomaigida:

Even though lump sum can be explained, and some VOs do accept the explanation, it will be better for you to use the funds to pay your full tuition and open a GIC account for your living expenses. If you do these, no doubts will be raised by any VO as to the availability of funds for your educational and living expenses. The N3.5mm and balance from the N15mm will be used for flight and miscellaneous.

Pls @Bobomaigida, in respect to this GIC account, how does one get funds back after opening the account if per adventure the visa is denied?

U applied for visiting visa for ur child and visiting visa doesn't require medicals.
OA2:
Hello Nairalanders,
I've been a silent reader and follower of this thread and some of the previous ones as well, big thanks to everyone who has taken their time to contribute as there have been some really helpful comments.
I have a question and I would appreciate answers and advice.
I applied for a study visa for myself and a visitor's visa for my 9 year old on the 16th of June. Biometrics request was received on the 17th of June and completed on 24th of June.
On the 21st of July, I received medical exam instructions for myself only and an additional document request (IMM5604-Declaration from non-accompanying parent/guardian for minors immigrating to Canada) for my child.
The form has been filled by my husband and I uploaded same with the requested documents. Despite not receiving a medical request for my child, I decided to pay for his medicals as well so that if there's a subsequent request by the IRCC, we would have at least sorted that out.
Upon our arrival at IOM for medicals today, I asked two staff and they confirmed my child needed to get his medicals done as well so we did both medicals today.
Now here is my question please:
Since I received a medical request, I know my medical result would be uploaded directly on the portal by IOM but I am not sure on how to handle my child's medical result. Do I treat it as an upfront medical and upload the medical information sheet via webform or would it be processed/uploaded automatically with mine?
I would appreciate answers, thank you all so very much.

That’s not true. I applied for visit visa for my child and medicals was requested since the number of years is d same as mine that applied for work permit . I think the only time you won’t need medicals is if the parents too applied for multiple entry visit visa. Which means they can only spend 6months max in Canada den leave Canada to return again. But if you are spending more than 6 months, u must do medicals o

Somethings was found the application, it will be stated on the letter and also they will give time for the applicant to respond to it, if not it will result to 5yrs ban. All these will be stated on the procedural fairness letter.

i need your suggestion on this also sir in respect to my formal question.

Must I necessarily attach my WAEC certificate to my LOE for my study Visa application.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 10:42pm On Aug 04, 2023
That agent is misleading, you can pay on installment but you will have to complete the full payment before the deadline, for conditional admission, you must fulfil all conditions as stated on the offer letter to get a space in the program. In this case your 5000cad is not up to the required amount as stated on the offer letter. The VO will spot this which is a red flag. So if you can't afford it tell the agent you will not be accepting the admission he should another school
I don't know why some agents apply to such school for their clients.
Emmanuelvictor:
Hello house.
A wonderful morning to you all.
I want to ask a disturbing question.
I got admission into Algoma university and in the conditional offer, I am to pay a huge sum.
I related with my agent letting him know I cannot afford that money before the payment deadline because it was more than expected. The school demanded 11500cad as initial deposit and I can only afford 5000cad at the moment due to exchange rate wahala.
He said I can go ahead to initiate the payment and he will work on it with the school to get the unconditional offer as they always know what to do. That the major decision lies with the officials issuing visa documents and not mainly the school as you can pay the full fee and still get denied a visa.
I am very confused now because I can see the school stated it that the main condition for acceptance is the initial deposit as that is what grants the offer for a place in the school.
Please what should I do at this crossroad ?
Has anyone been in this kind of situation? How do I go about it please
Thanks as I await your response

Please help a brother. I need a response to this.
