Good afternoon house please I did my biometrics on the 19th of April 2023 and on the the 4th of may they sent me a message that my application status has changes. I was asked to sign in to Gckey account to check the changes bt my agent said he could not open the message. Since then till now I have not received any other message from the embassy and my school will start on the 6th of September2023. Please I'm really worried, can someone tell me what could be the problem?.

Sometimes, IRCC do send updates about an event which may not reflect on your profile; but if a message is received, it must be in a pdf file which is always available for download in your profile. I think you should clarify with your representative (only RCIC licensed individuals are agents) whether this is an update or a message.

Kindly invite your representative (only RCIC licensed individuals are agents) for a meeting and have a discussion about what you want; the followings are your rights;

1. You should know your application number and UCI number.
2. You should have access to all messages IRCC may send to you.
3. If the agent is not a RCIC, you should get your GC Key log in details and you should not be denied access to your GC Key account at any time.
4. Your legitimate interest should be the priority; you reserve the right to listen to advice. You may (or may not) choose to listen to the advice.

If at any moment any of these rights is infringed upon, you should feel there is a foul play. If you are convinced this is true, you can take a legal action against such an individual.

Is it advisable to book Airfrance direct from their website in Nigeria? I browse through the midnight and I secured a flight date with pay at the office.

Is Airfrance as an office here in Lagos where I can make the payment?

Please kindly advise me best way to make the payment to Airfrance from Nigeria

Go to their office in VI and pay at their office. Also change your naira to dollars. They have a zenith bank mini counter in their office. So u will be fine. It's a simple process. Just ensure u go with $
