I was speaking in general regarding divorce. Nothing stops a couple from reaching an agreement on the issue, signing and submitting the necessary papers, and then parting ways amicably. Divorce in and of itself is not traumatic.

I agree. That's easy when the two parties are reasonable and willing to cooperate. There are couples that remain friends even after divorce but that's not the norm sadly.

You submitted an immigration DNA test to show the children "this partner" had were yours but did not require proof of any kind of marriage to this partner. That is kind of like saying a Babymama can tag along to this country, isn't it? I am really interested in finding out what country does not require proof of marriage in the case of a spousal visa.

Usually what you indicated are information you submit in addition to(not instead of) legal documents, not instead of. Look again at the government website I posted to see what it says.
