Hello, please I did my biometrics on 26th Aug and my tracker is still at DMC.
I did paid call today and was told my application has been decided.
How long will it take to get a mail,my tracker to move to VAC and get collection mail.
I am worried resumption us 25th September
. I haven't booked my flight yet.

Paid calls /mails are solely to update the applicant
It has nothing to do with decision making

Escalation helps to flag it up on the systems as an application that is currently delayed

There’s nothing else that can be done using paid mail or calls

If you are the MA and you have gotten your visa prepare to travel, your dependants can arrive later

I just feel these paid calls/email has limited impact on the visa application processing. Even though we will keep making paid calls and email.
I still have one visa pending and I've done paid call and email, they keep saying they've made a decision but I've not gotten any updates on the visa application nor has the tracker moved.
On the paid call today, I kept asking for their SLA so I can inform the school if there's a need to extend my resumption date but they couldn't give a concrete feedback.
I'm sending an email to the school to extend my latest resumption date and also send an email to UKVI if they can.

You shouldn’t ask for an NSF mail

Contact UKVI and ask for an update on your application, if it is still awaiting a decision, request for it to be escalated

What about if after you escalated and there is still no decision made after 15 working days of escalation what should one do

Because my biometrics was on august 2 at TLS ikeja there was no NSF mail till now, I escalated it on 23rd of august it this very moment there is still no decision made

Hello. I booked a flight with Turkish Airlines that goes from Ghana (Kotoka international airport) to Antalya Airport there will be a stopover at Istanbul Airport. After reaching Antalya Airport I will be catching another flight from there to Bristol UK with easyJet Airline.

My question is will I need transit visa going from Istanbul to Antalya and will this also apply when I’m taking my flight from Antalya to Bristol UK. (Regardless if I'm arriving or departing from International or Domestic Terminals)

Status moved to DMC on the 25th it's been in DMC since then till today 13 September.

Is priority visa taking this long for anyone also?

I contacted my bank already, they already ready replied to UKVI.

I call UKVI yesterday also they said to wait for another 15 working days.

Please, how much would they deduct from my account if I do a paid call that last for 5mins?

You need a transit visa, just hoping on your behalf that you wouldn't be returned back to Accra.

In as much as you were trying to cut cost on flight ticket, it doesn't worth it.

How were charge per minute by the network provider either mtn or Glo

But there are cases the MA cannot travel without the dependants which is my current case.

What I mean is paid calls/emails should be able to give a valid SLA that you can work with especially when you will need to communicate with the school to extend your resumption date.

In my own case, a decision has being made but I've not gotten anything yet. During paid call yesterday, I could hear the hesitation to even give me clear delivery SLA. I've sent an email to the school to request an extension to the resumption date and if they can reach out to UKVI on my behalf.

I booked flight ticket way earlier and was getting scared that I might not be able to meet up. Planned on doing a paid call on the 13th but application moved to VAC by 12th. The wait can drive one crazy, you start making up non-existent things that you must have done wrong.

Good morning everyone I hope you guys are good . Please me and my wife did our biometrics on 18th of august and we paid for priority visa just last week Thursday she was interviewed. Then today been 14th of Sept I received an sms from DHL for passport pick up but I have not received any email for UKVI or TLS and when I track my application it’s on DMC

Please... Can anyone or anybody send me an example of a consent letter.

I want to write a consent letter cuz my wife and I plans to use the POF in my own personal account and I was told my wife has to write a consent letter to that effect.

Your PoF is for you and your dependant’s use in the UK

Any other arrangements is deceit and will attract a 10year ban.Please note that visas can be revoked and bans placed.

If you are using your funds for the purpose of your study I.e paying for accommodation, keep the evidence for it
