Good day every one. Please I need assistance, My Wes Evaluation has been completed since 7 June 2023 but I am yet to receive a copy and I reached out to Wes and I was assured it was sent through standard delivery to my location but I haven’t gotten any file. Another one was sent on the 14th of august but still not received it. How do I trace it since standard delivery does not have any tracking information. |

First attempt Lagos embassy Visa Denied COA:$17,000 No funding Masters of public Administration VO: (A White young lady) Good morning, pass me your passport and I-20. ME: Good morning ma, passed it to her VO: How many schools did you apply to?? ME: I applied to two schools, Morgan state university and Murray State University. VO:Why did you choose Murray state university?? ME: A colleague of mine did his MBA at Murray State University and recommended the school to me. Also, Public and community health program is broad in its orientation and allows students to address topics ranging from narrative approaches to understanding health counselling, health behavior, environmental health and strategies used to implements health interventions which align with my career goal. The school was also ranked among 2023 Best Graduate school for Masters of public Administration by U.S news and world report. VO: I see you have no funding, who is paying for this?? ME: My husband will be my sponsor VO: What does your husband do? ME: He is a medical doctor at Federal Medical center, ABK. He also supplies medical equipments such as electrosurgery, pulse oximetry, orthoscope, microscope and so on. VO: How much does he earn?? ME: He earns #600,000 VO: Does your husband has this $17,000 in his account?? ME:Yes he has it VO: Sorry, you are not qualified What actually went wrong?? I watched slots of YouTube video s that says "do not show the VO documents unless you are asked to". I was expecting her to ask for my proof of funds but she didn't. I should have indicated that my husband earns #600,000 monthly. I need your suggestions house. |

Yeancah30:I think you should work on why you chose the school. While the school is rated among the best, that was the only thing you said about choosing the school. In addition, your sponsor's finances does not necessarily support the cost of your program. He earns less than $1000 monthly and he needs should $17000 per year which is at least about 1.5 times his gross income if he decides not to spend a dime out of it. Next time, I will encourage you mention that and also include his earnings from his business. That way, it justifies his ability to sponsor you without you either resorting to working or depending on public funds. |

Yeancah30:Finance was the main problem here. Your COA should not take more than 3months of your sponsors annual income (seeing as you don’t have funding from the school). Again, What is his area of specialization - is he a cardiologist, ophthalmologist? Years of practice? Summary of the annual turnover from selling of the medical equipment? You could expatiate on that too, these little details make your story compelling. Your answers were too straightforward. You might also wanna add other sources of income like landed properties, you could also include your business or job stating how much you’ve saved so far. For instance: (....in addition to all these I have personal funds of about 5 million in savings having worked in XYZ establishment as a.... for over a period of XYZ years). There’s no rule that states only your husband must be the sponsor. Better still If you can get funding from the school, then this case is already an easy one seeing as you already have hometies in the person of your husband. Best of luck. |

Yeancah30:Next time include that you also have savings of x amount that you have saved up from working for X number years , that way it shows that na you want this masters and you have been saving towards it cos its your goal to move ahead and get better work oppurtunities and good salary when u return to Nigeria. Just dumping 17k dolls on ur husband alone looks weird. I dunno if you get me. |

My son and I applied for an F-2 visa to visit my wife, who recently gave birth last month. I checked my online visa interview appointment history, and there's a box that says 'Is Dependent: False.' for my own application. What does this mean? Can anyone explain it to me? Thank you very much.

Yeancah30:Your finances and your answer about your school killed your 1st attempt. Your responses were undergrad-grade. N600k is like $700… so if he saved half his income @$350, it would take him 48mons =4yrs to save. You have to do a better job of x-raying your finances. Good luck |

Lkkkkk:I am not sure there is a number of times you can reapply for a F-1 visa. However, if it is to reschedule, I think in Nigeria, they only allow twice after which you forfeit your application fund. |
