There are non lactose milk alternatives such as oat milk, almond milk or coconut milk. They are a little pricey to buy but you can watch videos online on how to make your own.

Once you're lactose intolerant, it can't be helped. You just have to deal with it

You clearly aren't ready yet to stop farting UNCONTROLLABLY , wait till you use fart to scare away your helper or fart in an important interview every 3 minutes , then you will know that for now you have to stop taking milk and pap altogether ....

Why do you take cow milk when you are not a baby cow? Why do you take human breast milk, when you are not a baby? Listen to your body alarm clock and thank me later. Take plant milk like almond, coconut- the immature one, especially, and soya and tigernut milk, not animal milk. As you grow older, the less animal products, the better for you!

Na so o, d thing do me strong thing in 1997. Dat day na Sunday so I drank tea with plenty, I mean too much of powdered milk. Na so I dey fart uncontrollably for church and na d kind fart wey dey shake chair. I no wait till the end of service dat Sunday because of shame and the embarassment. Na dat day I begin dey show respect for powdered milk. It will sound funny now but it wasn't funny dat day o.

Just wanted to know if there are better alternatives that I can use, because I do take pap all the time, and I don't use sugar for it, I use milk instead. So, I want to know if there are milks that can't make me fart, so that I can use them instead of the one I've been using before.

Speaking from experience. Go for olympic milk, but it'll only reduce not stopping it. Just avoid anything milk and you're good.

Continue drinking lots of water. Eat your foods in bits. Avoid swallowing air, stop taking foods rich in lactose (milk), eat veges and fruits.

This is normal especially when milk is too much in tea . It will embarrass you . Too much of milk could also make you have running stomach. Reduce the intake of milk
