Vegetables, salad n beans

I usually go for gala n bottle of coke or white rice. That way, I m sure my digestive system won't misbehave even for the next 48 hrs

Avoid eating the night before your trip. Your last meal should be a light breakfast a day before.

This would help you stay for hours during your trip without feeling the urge to use the restroom.

For regular travellers like us , we eat at popular canteens en route to our destinations
Travelled from Lagos to Yola few months back and we didn’t stop until we got to lokoja to eat .
Then Jos at Faringada
Jos to Bauchi is just 45 mins drive and drove all the way to Gombe (went to investment) to buy soft drinks and sausage.
Over to Yola ( 4 hours from Gombe )
Drove through the night all through

I can't forget the day in December 2019 that strong shit hold me for bus , when I was traveling from Yola to Onitsha, I chop beans and plantain, Come buy orange, Suya , biscuits, Sugar cane, kuli kuli and Chin chin, then still flush am down with chilled kunu , na so other passengers dey look me with one kind of eyes, because I no invite any of them to join me, it didn't take long before I began to feel pressed I begged driver to stop but, the werey no gree , he kept firing speed, na one old man wey put mouth
and talk to the driver before he stopped, if you see the way I take rush down begin shit for express road, behind the bus, some women turned back to look my nyansh, but I no even send anybody.

I got my Bsc at NOUN.

Lectures? No lecture, you have to study on your own. Though few students organize tutorials. I never participated in any tutorial. I studied on my own. I only went to the centre during exams, collection of course materials and verification of documents.

Nothing. If I eat anything I'll throw up. I'll just fast, even from water until I reach my destination. But I don't take breaks from updating my job timeline. I take a pill of limotil before the journey. That should take care of the defecation

Simple.

I travel on an empty stomach and eat very little during the trip.

Even on flights with stopovers, I haven't had to take a dump. I might urinate at the airports, though, like I would if the vehicle stopped for fuel.
