Op since i was young people respect me till date because of the maturity in my face. I don't feel bad about it again and anywhere i go i relate with people who senior me with 5 to 20years..
I'm even proud when my age mates, even matured woman adding sir when relating with me..
Just develop your self esteem except you are too ugly... There is nothing to worry about that.. People will say suffering but since i was born my parents pet and don't want me to do anywork... It's real..

In my own case at times I'm being treated like a teenager, while at other times I'm being bowed for by older people, depending on how I dress.

Things to change
1 Your cream: Use cream that makes you look fresh, don't bleach but don't be too natural

2 Your dressing- some kind of clothes are known to be worn by elderly people, if a young person wears such, he/she would be seen as an elderly person.
3 Your hairstyle : Certain hairstyles are capable of making you look like an aged person. Select a hairstyle that is common among young people.
4 Reduce stress : always rest and have adequate sleep. Be happy, always smile

I used to be a very handsome man and had women complimented me to my face and have had women woo me.

I married a very beautiful lady and to the glory of God have beautiful kids. But my sister, my finances changed in the last two years and a once handsome man doesn't want to look at himself in the mirror anymore. I look away at barber's shop. Therefore, money says much on appearance.

Take care of yourself, eat well and take food supplement. These I wanna start once my finances bounce back.

There are several reasons, but first I would advise you become active, register in a gym and become fully committed, change your life style and everything about you, if it's not genetic, there is chance you can slow it down or reverse it, there are other things we could speak more on

That's my situation too,I am in my mid thirties and alot see me as married . One day my mom came visiting me and some people in my church where we worship said she looks a little older than me , just like my elder sister and they don't believe she's an elderly woman in her 70s.

I felt bad but thank God I stayed with the medical advice my doctor's gave me and I have really dropped in weight and looked more fresher. Those who saw me a week ago gave those nice comments about me. Take a 30 mins daily exercise,eat the right diet,don't take too much fat, sugar, carbohydrates or anything that can alter your body. Take much vegetables, fruits and fibre , protein and have a good mindset. It shall be well with you in Jesus name
