Arrears to be paid by the sanctional approval of the governor is suspended, who suspended it please, the governor? Who has right to suspend payment of arrear even, this new is not credible to me. If the governor has said pay who has audacity to suspend it? Unless you're telling us that the governor himself suspended it because of a protest against corruption by a zonal board director?

SSSB have arrears for august only. Financial benefit for the promotion start august.

Promotion letters says promotion is official and effective from 1st July 2022,yes or no? It also says financial be fits takes effect from 1st of August 2023. Is it out of place to ask for the arrears from the official date of promotion 1st of July 2022 according to promotion letter?
