It's likely your genetics but here are some places to look

Regular Diet: Cut out things you normally eat for 1-2 months and see if there's a difference. Do them one at a time until you find the culprit. I had to do this to find out I was allergic to bread because when I would eat it, my elbows would itch but I didn't know till I cut things out one by one. It may not be something unhealthy

Pimples is caused by oils blocking skin pores mixed with dirt.. so since u have oily skin, RINSE ur face often with WATER alone immediately u get back home from class/work and esp b4 u sleep. Make sure u use pillow case and that u wash it every 2ce a week. Use 1 face towel daily. Stop all those oil based creams

In the mean time, consider using dudu osun soap to wash your face often (you can try and leave the leather on the face for some minutes before washing it. Stay off too oily food and stry as much as possible to stop picking the pimples(I know it can be hard to do sometimes).

This little advice sounds funny but then it's golden and can save you a lot of mone, stress and shame of having an unfamiliar face.

1. You need a bathroom soap at your place of work to wash your face at noon
2. Bath at night before bedtime or wash your face only, any which way
3. Now, the main banger is, eat watermelon 🍉 very often, make sure there's no day u don't eat a slice of watermelon. It cleanses the bloodstream and rid ur blood of those cocci bacterium infecting your blood.

NB: Make sure u don't use medicated soap to wash ur face. They are acidic

I will only advise you not to press or try to rupture the pimples, the more you press the spots and the pus touches other surface, it will spread. From my experience, it has no effective medication but it will go on it's own but it will still reoccur periodically
