By slave I'm referring to the first Ibos in Ibani land. They were meant to be sold before the abolishment, so they became settlers.

I wasn't referring to the Ibos in the South East.

Because a few became slaves doesn't make the whole ethnic nationality slaves.

But today, even the former slaves have become free and we have accepted them. But they will never become rulers in Ijaw land, not after King Jaja's saga.
