[b]Anger is a destroyer of man,
when I told my mother I wanted to start a private school about 20 years ago, the first thing she told me was to work on my anger because whoever is going to deal with children and parents (people) must be patience. so, I went back to my room, sat back and think of what normally makes me angry and how to overcome.
I prayed personally about it, after the 7th day . God gave me a strategy to always smiles even if am not satisfied with whatever decision / action happening at that time, then go back home to think about it.
Now here is my strategy.
1. Listen more than you talk.
2. Smile always to people, some people are out there to make you mad.
3. never make a decision when you are so happy or sad.
4. Read books on anger management.
5. Learn to walk away from uncomfortable situation.
6. Create alternative habit to vent your anger.
7. Have you ever sat beside a lake, beach or any running water? try to locate one where you can sit quietly and reassessed situation.

Remember anger can destroy all you built in one day,[/b]

Honestly the problem is you and the solution is you

This your anger issue started even before you got to teenage stage, you must have been cautioned about it and you ignore those times

Now you have grown up and you just realize that it's now an issue

Well by the time you get married and start having children, that's when you will see the real things that will trigger your anger by default

So learn how to control anger or you may put yourself in a situation that will keep you inside the four walls

If the anger starts , start by counting 1 to200 before you reach 200 it will go down
Or breathe in and breathe out continuously by opening your mouth. The two are like magic

I will sincerely tell you. Learn to walk away during heated argument, make sure to stay quiet when you re really angry, do not act, just take a walk. Learn this practice for sometime and see the change. Please if you a Christian, also ask the holy spirit to help you.
