Inside life.
I can tell you emphatically that many of these drivers don't know how to drive.
You can easily tell between a good driver and an inexperienced one from the way they move around you on the road. Though God is the savior.
I swear, many of these drivers don't understand the real driving and safety at all.
And this is common with Corolla drivers, cos I dey pay attention to all vehicles surrounding me when I'm anywhere on the road.
Shake my head.
May God help them.

Much respect, sir.

You have never been more right about the type of cars these amateur drivers drive. Apart from our regular guys in their IS250, corolla drivers dey drive like upgraded korope drivers.

But driving till late hour doesn't really mean so far you're doing your regular maintenance.

When I first collect my Corolla in 2022, I sometimes drive till 2am depending on my mood and strength and sometimes, I don't go out for 2days.

The car is still in tokunbo standard as I speak with less scratches on the body, then I got my Ford and I still drive it till late hour, infact, this December, the car really work, but it's still in topnotch cox I don't joke with maintenance...

I can spend 100k+ on maintenance at once if require and also, I'm always careful when driving and I don't carry loads or carry 5 passengers...

Na me be this

I remember that time in December these people begged me to carry them to Oniru Beach from Eko Hotel.
I no gree o! My motor wey get low clearance before. Then there was a plus sized man amongst them again.

I carried 3 and left 2 to take another uber, I never even reach that Ajose Adeogun traffic light heavy rain start.

Indriver is the new oil well oo.

I did just 5 trips yesterday and took home 24k. I accepted the last trip of 3100 because I was going home so needed to use it as my destination trip.

Some prices I was seeing yesterday, it will take a high surge on Bolt to get that price

These trip was done within what stipulated time if I may ask, and besides what was the downtime period you had to incure? With these questions, we can make a good valid submission, for newbies and oldies

no sir u are wrong. I can tell u for free those drivers are leeches. Remitting 35k weekly isn't a problem for a determined driver who's ready to work, I'm not a novice in the job

BTW, if u have a car for rental I'm available sir.

You're offering 25k to a veteran driver grin

Money you can make in 2days out of 7days?...

Anyway, I'm still looking at all the offers, will choose someone from this group by 3rd week of the month..

Note: to people interested, this car is rugged like Corolla, I bought it last year July and it has never messed me up till date.

So, I expect you to do every regular maintenance except servicing which I will be responsible for at every 3500miles...

Trust me, you might not touch anything in the car for 2 months so far you're a very careful driver and consumption is very good...

Agba Osere mo juba o... (meaning... Veterans I salute)

Boss thanks for providing more details about the car.

I'm offering 30k weekly.

One thing I can guarantee you is unfailing, regular and constant remittance one I'm ready to demonstrate with upfront payments.

P.S:
If 30k is up for consideration, I'd be glad if my offer is accepted because as a veteran I expect you to understand 7 working days is not feasible and expedient for all drivers and not even healthy for the car as well except "Antz" grin grin cheesy cool

I confirm this too and I have decided to stick to indrive...

I used it yesterday and I made 60k

That last trip was destination trip..

I'm never using that bolt again, even on 2.5surge, some indriver trips is far better after commission...

Imagine a trip from lekki phase 1 to ajao estate for 13k
How much would it have been on bolt with 2.5surge, maybe highest 15k and after commission, you will be left with 11k but on indrive, you have 12700...

Pearl, try use indrive for a whole day by selecting good trips and you will realize it's good.

My problem with indrive is, you have to be on the app so you don't loose better trips and also, some riders are fond of telling you to pass long route cos they want to get something along that route and some will branch somewhere and waste your time without adding money for the waiting time...

A veteran/known moniker can still mess the deal up, someone here gave a well known person a car here during the peak period and they person still didn't meet up with delivery...

*11,700

Meanwhile, the problems you mentioned are not so much of a problem if you know how to handle riders. The major problem with indrive is that, they charge commission even when you don't embark on a trip. As long as a rider accepts your bid, whether you start it or not, they will charge you commission. That's thievery!

Rider accepts your bid, you texted and rider says come.....you get to PU and clicked "I'm here". Texted again to inform rider. You waited and rider cancelled. Indrive takes commission immediately. You complained and they kept on telling you bullsh1t. No refund. This didn't happen once!

Indrive is yet to roll back to the normal price measure. They're still running the December surge on the app, that's why there are still high fare prices like what you are having on your DB.
Same thing on bolt. Bolt still retains the surge power on their app. Everyday.
The question is, when are they returning to their normal pricing?

Much respect, boss
