I don't know the road to hospital..I've never visited hospital since 1994 after I told God I'll never visit hospital again in my life except during antennatal or when I want to have my baby.

I do have mesural pains and cramps too a very painful one at that.

I'm so sorry for that

The best way i handle menstrual cramps for my then girlfriend. Is with ginger. dice the ginger, boil for 10 mins.

Blend it and filter the chalfs. I give her half cup to drink when is still hot. Just natural she feel no pains again.

She now takes it 2 days to her period to the 1st 2days of it.
