It is normal for college to demand some amount before giving you a space in the program, whatever amount you paid will be subtracted from the total POF money. and as for the loan, you know where to get it
Necksonnel:
Hello guys!!! I just got admission into lambton college for pharmacy technician (diploma) but they are asking to pay first semester tuition which is about 6500cad before February ending. Although I can still afford to pay that but my remaining money won’t be much again.
How do you guys POF please? Or you guys have 40M sitting in your account. If I can get a loan or something
Secondly; I’m still confused about how to apply for visa and am thinking of getting someone with experience in it to avoid mistake. Just want to get it once

My sponsor details
My details
No landed properties
Business certificate
Used my registered company as home tie
And also my parent as home tie
I submitted my own account with 800k balance
Sponsor statement was 45k usd
But sponsor acct with 45k USD balance
But you don't have company grin grin what you have is business Name
Even as a person that have a registered business if the inflow in your account is not consistent or funds are not regularly deposited or the money is just sitting in the bank, they will still refuse the application based on family ties outside Canada even if balance is 5million naira..but 800k naira is just 1,121cad

If you haven't paid for it, you can do without it. It's not a compulsory document

You can, but you need to show proof how you are going to pay for the second year of study without working in Canada.

Is this for Canada tourist visa application?
If yes? Then try to change the dates of your work experiences. Make it be a complete calendar year. E.g instead of saying you worked in a certain job from March to October, make it be a full calendar year, Jan to December. Just patiently look at it and play around with the dates, hopefully you would save and go pass that stage.

Hello Everyone here,
I met with some travel agents and I was advised that my Uni grade (3rd class. 1.65 CGPA) was too low to get me admitted into a program of my choice at any college, despite having almost a decade of professional experience in it. Is this anyway true? I'll be glad if someone can share their experience if they have encountered something like this.

if you are talking about airfare with some logistics "YES", but if tuition fees and other fees "No". The yes depends on the size of your family.

It depends on the program you want. A bit more details would help experts in the house to advise correctly.
