Gptech:Alright Boss. Happy new year. Don't mind my New username. It's still benstino. Nairaland was taking too much of my time, so I deleted the account. Now,f2 pro don carry me come. ![]() So, I've already taken the phone to Computer village Abuja, and a technician opened it. He removed and reinserted the power flex, but it didn't power on. I've seen a familiar problem on youtube, and it got fixed through another means. I've sent the link to the guy. Down here, they just seem reluctant or can I say afraid of working on Poco phones. Maybe I'll just keep it aside for anyday I find a technician who's well versed in fixing Poco phones. Most I see online resides in Lagos |

Benjaminy:Oga Benstino, long time oo, happy new year to you too . Sorry for the experience jare, many of those so called engineers are just lazy. |

haryourdayG:Ooo, ok. It means you should head to the Xiaomi tweaking thread. You'll need to flash TWRP to properly unroot the phone. Before then, try to turn off USB debugging before opening the banking app. Some bank apps like First Bank won't work with it turned on |

Gmajor:GM here. I used to be a Redmi fan too. They offer better hardware at affordable prices but their software is terrible. My first redmi device was a Redmi 9t. It went into deadboot. At Raya they just formatted it and gave me back. I read here that year that it was a common issue with the model. So I bought a note 10 pro, The phone is great, I'm currently using it but it has frustrated me enough. I can't remember when it started but I started getting the system UI not responding popup I formatted it. Over the time I've downloaded every OTA and currently using the latest 14.0.8. The system UI not responding issue was recurring every time that if I don't press ok it will just keep coming back. When I click ok,the screen goes off and locks, then all the notifications that are already on the bar are resounded (can't really explain this part only someone who has experienced this knows what I'm saying). It was just frustrating the past 10months. Something I find interesting is that a friend bought the same product but from Amazon and has never had issues. But another bought a note 12pro here and is having similar issues. Oh I forgot to mention when connected to my earbuds playing music and a call comes I, after the call, the music starts playing on the top speaker and earbuds together. Meanwhile the friend who bought from Amazon never experienced this. It has led me to conclude that maybe there's an issue with the batches sent to Nigeria. In all the experience and UI is great. I don't know if these issues occur in their top flagships but I've decided to leave the Xiaomi ecosystem. It was fun and bitter.

In light of my previous post, which flagships are you guys using or can recommend? Right now what I need in a phone is performance The rest of the features should be flagship standard. |

horlarh02:RN10 Pro user only had that issue occasionally on 14.0.2 and I have seen it since then. My RN10 Pro is a normal global version. |

sirqeeboi:I stopped reading..... Like we always say here, ask questions before you take your phone to a technician. I find it absurd that so many people comeback here to ask questions after the technician has tempered with the phone |

GrandMufti:Medicine after death my brother. If he truly follows this page he would have seen similar issues and see the suggestions that were doled out. Even if it is a technician he is looking for he will get here. |

Guys please I notice my Redmi 10 c loses color when exposed to direct sunlight, although not always but sometimes it does this and the screen flickers too. This has continued even after series of updates. |
