How the hell did you come up with all these? Only PETER is common in both names.

Thank God it worked for you. Application is still far from being smooth! Blank pages, incomplete retrieval of pre-application info and so on. These I have seen as at the time of writing this comment.

You should have made diligent enquiries before choosing a study center. I'm not sure it's possible, because it's part of what they want to know before issuing matric number. A center you didn't choose may not be able to generate a matric number for you, which is the essence of the verification.

You can still change the study centre by refilling the form. If you don't know how to, send a DM

The portal is always audited at the beginning of each semester that's why there was an issue. Hopefully, the Audit has been completed

Are you a student with a matriculation number and wants to change your study centre or a new student yet to be verified and offered matriculation number?
For scenario 1, it takes a process of filling a form at your study centre and getting approval and sending same to the HQ for the change to reflect on your port. For the second, it takes just few seconds.

I'm not a student yet. But with the nature of my job, I'm so eager to have an information like this at hand. I might be in SE today and then in the next 7 months be in SW. Thank you sir for your clear response.

For your kind of situation, what best fits you is on-demand exams. This entials applying for it before time. You can attach any documented evidence to show you are not stable or have been posted outside your area. On approval, you will be allowed to take your own exams online from anywhere.
