You don't have anything to say than to beg Grandma on behalf of your Mum. If you're from well behave home, if you react to Grandma anyhow, your Mum herself need to slap you in order to put you on factory reset. If it's my maternal grandma, I won't say a word...that's her mom. They will sort themselves out. If it's my paternal grandma I will take it up to my father.
