E get people wey suppose give chance for this team after this Afcon

Aribo, Ojo, Uzoho, Onuachu, Sadiq Umar suppose clear road small make Ndidi, Okonkwo, Okoye, Boniface and Gift Orban Show face. Taiwo Awoniyi should return too. And we need a left back if we're going to continue playing this formation.

Zaidu Sanusi doesn't have the brains and Calvin Bassey doesn't have the lungs.

This should also be Ahmed Musa's swansong.

The coach has done well to bring the team written off by many to the semis but the games left are going to be demanding.

The next opponents have a lot to analyze about this side and set up to stifle the team.

We presently do not have a player in the starting IX deadly with shots outside the box...The SE's low block has been a clickbait inviting the opposing team to play a high line when attacking thereby leaving spaces to exploit particularly on a quick break.

Thankfully, none of the teams left have shown enough defensive discipline to counter that set-up.
Hopefully, we don't concede first in any of the remaining games cos it will require something different from the usual approach to get a result from that situation.

That's true. Infact i noticed Onyeka attacking more than Aina. Infact this is the most advanced I've seen Onyeka so far. Coach noticed Aina slips and probably decided to go cautious than risk it.

It was not about Aina slips but about stopping the Angolans from going through the wings because that was their strength.

There is no way Bruno would have been that bad Chief. With Bassey likely suspension, Zaidu may start again.

Bassey suspended!!!? Hmmm! shocked Is it true?

Also, what steps have been made to approach Tosin Adarabioyo and his family?

Please that guy is like 50 times better than Semilogo Ajayi

After this AFCON, we will be needing a little reinforcements.

If truly Adarabioyo is now ready, I would love to try him in Ajayi’s position.

I don’t know how far Jpez has gone with his discussion with the Lecce left back because this Zaidu isn’t it.

Ojo and Uzoho should give a little space for us to see Okoye and Okonkwo more.

Aribo should give space too once Ndidi comes back and that number 10 shirt be given to Ademola
Sir,Ojo and Uzoho should rest and let us see Nwoke who will make Nwabali to sit tight.

I kept screaming "Osimhen don tire" at my viewing center sotey people come dey look me somehow. Lol.

Osimhen himself knew he gassed out around the 70-75th minutes and could barely carry himself around the pitch and yet he insisted on staying on and jeopardizing the team's attacking chances.

Even after he was stretchered off and the coach wanted to substitute him, Osimhen used his "big star power" to force the coach to let him back on.

This is very terrible behavior from Osimhen. He probably thinks of himself as the Messiah and main character of the team while in actual fact, he is the most easily replaceable player there. It's not like he has been banging in the goals anyways.

I feel very bad for Moffi and Iheanacho.

You are right but about Osimhen's re-entrance yesterday, it was important because his replacement was taken more longer time than necessary so he had to go back into the pitch to cover some spaces while waiting for Onuachu to be ready. It had nothing to do with big star power.

Strongest? How? Guinea Bissau played better than them. They committed a lot of fouls to disrupt our game.

The only time they had control of the game was when Onyeka and Osimhen went out injured for few minutes and sebsequently subs off!

We could have killed them off in the first 50 minutes!!
I'm surprised when people say Angola is the toughest match we have played, they should go watch the both Guinea game. Against Bissau is was a psychology thing, they just beat Nigeria not too in our home, so that believe was still there that they can do it again.

Insulting players isn’t good

Thank God nobody has said that shii that Bobo Nwabali hasn't been tested.
Boy has something like the most clean sheets in the Psl with 7 in 14 games.
His Afcon form is no fluke. He retains the number 1 shirt for the Super Eagles for the next 4yrs atleast.
He's likely to captain this team at some point in future, that's how relevant he's made himself.
Thanks to Peseiro for listening to the voice of reason. The next to be incorporated is Nwakali.

It would be unbearable for them because the last time they won afcon was when it was an 8 team tournament.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

We've won when it was more. Na to find new nehbass to go banter.

The last time they won the tournament, most people were following it over a radio.

It must be horrific to have won 4 AFCON tournaments in a time when it barely had coverage, only for your opps to carry it in the social media era. They will be sick!

Lookman reminds me of Victor Moses 😆😆

Very passionate , skillful, hardworking and mind blowing to watch … Many were impatient with him but thank God he has silenced his critics.

I also believe he’s enjoying himself and not regretting playing for us

His early matches for us were shaky, but it was most likely because he was just coming in and wasn't familiar with the setup yet

This is why I was so mad at Eguaveon when he started him against Ghana for that crucial World Cup qualifiers, and any attempts to wash Eguaveon of the foolishness of his decisions will not be condoned. Lookman had just switched allegiance to Nigeria in February of that year, and by March, you fielded him against Ghana for a crucial World cup match? Is that not carelessness?

You knew we were playing our toughest rivals in Ghana, yet, you decided to start this newly minted English-born and bred boy that barely knew the lay of the land to face tested African warriors.

Lookman and Calvin had barely been welcomed to the Super Eagles when Eguaveon threw them into a blazing fire and they rightly got burnt. We had players that were Nigerian-born and bred or had at least played African football enough to know how to play Ghana, yet, Eguaveon dropped them for Lookman, Dennis, Bassey, all new cats.

It was a foolish thing to do and Nigeria paid for it. 2 years later, these same players that faltered against Ghana are flying in AFCON because they have gathered the necessary experience.
