Hogwarthtrades: Sad. We need God.. we need his covering.. we need to know his voice.. we need to obey him. Be sensitive to his spirit .. and always check and double check if we are still under the covering of the blood of the unblemished lamb of God... no way this was just an accident... great star cast down... ogun laye 7 Likes |

RSQLPython:Lol Point of correction, good people don't last. Don't kill people here ooo Romans 3:10-12 New International Version (NIV) As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God. All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.” |

Rip to the entire NGX. So painful as his family was even involved. Speaking about broking firms, permit me to register my account/ordel with @meristemng.com. I could remember some months back, a customer called out @meristemng, withs accusations of fraud. I was like a whole meristem, because of how much? He received retributions with some few defending the firm. Well, it is what it is, @meristemng is now dubious to put it lightly! Someone reached out to me about shares stuck since 2008 with no dividend paid. I use Chaka (since 2020), recently opened another with Investment One (although, charges no be here oh). I referred him to either @meristemng or Cordos. Due to the prompt response from @meristemng, I adviced him to opt for @meristemng. They sent mails on how to open an account insisting on minimum of #10000 opening amount. He did so around October 2023. I personally facilitated the filling of forms and took it upon myself to mail @meristemng. Reason been, this was a business man with little or no knowledge of stocks. There where host of others waiting to rectify same issue. But I asked them to wait until we sort that of the first person. Due to trust, I was granted access to email account and other sensitive information/documents. But @meristemng is about to bring a crack (which I invisiaged, if all things remain same). Fast forward to third week of January 2024, @meristemng is yet to create an account or communicate on it. I am aware account opening takes about 3 days once all documents needed is provided. Yet this is over 5 months now, yet no comment. I recently requested that the amount be refunded and account opening request aborted, yet no refund till date. While, the person in question might not mind the #10000 involved ( he was even opting I transfer about 150k to open the account), my integrity might be on the line, as i was the one that did all transctions. They only sign or send OTPs to me. So abeg, is @meristemng still ALIVE? In my last email I copied even SEC just to pile in on any complaint from other customers affirming this attitude of theirs. Having used Chaka with little funds over a year, I ditched the thoughts of opening an account with @morgancapital. InvestmentOne was basically for long term plays and possible access to loans in the future. What should I do to get a refund. This is one reason I run from overrated big firms. 1 Like |

Anyone on this platform still complaining about Meristem stockbrokers deserve to be flogged. Lol But seriously, their matter has been over emphasized already. Do as I did. Sell off all the stocks you have with them. Jump out of their helicopter now before it crash lands in California. 3 Likes 1 Share |

machine606: Those guys can frustrate for Africa, they charge big money as commission but very bad service. Time is money is not in their dictionary they do things as it pleases them, just continue to mail and message their customers care service. You can mail me so that I can send you a lady's number she said she is my account officer, don't go and send money to her oooo, I don't know her but she do help me to rectify my issue since the last time I go crazy with them. I just hope I can move a way from them soon as possible, I believed they have tendency to turn fraudster in the nearest future because they continue to act like one already, from personal experience. Their agents here can quote me like you used to, I repeat, you provide bad services, no value for big commissions you collect. 2 Likes |

nwetadinobi042: You can use as many brokerage apps as possible but with as many CSCS account numbers as the apps. However, you can have a unique Clearing House Number (CHN) for all, given that all the accounts KYC details are the same. I have assumed that the apps are from (linked to) Nigeria SEC licenced stockbroking firms. 1 Like |

RSQLPython:To have saved up to N100m from salaries over the years, your bank account officer should have at least mentioned fixed deposits to you (higher rates than savings account rate) for better returns. If to say you write N100k, many for fit advice because e for make more brain. Many of us started this shares journey with about 10k or less. Building up gradually. 7 Likes 1 Share |

RSQLPython:It's risky to take advices here. I have never invested that kind of money before, Also you don't have to put it all in one stock. If you really want to invest in stock you should just play save with banking (I.e the FUGAZ) and energy stocks for now. Even if it's only 10% gain you get at the end of the year it's still huge because of the amount you are putting in. Also i have a feeling energy stocks (Eternal, MRS, Total) etc will post some gains this year because of Dagote Refinery. 3 Likes |

RSQLPython: You need to put in the time and effort needed to learn about investing. There are no shortcuts - you can't expect to just be spoon-fed all the information. The best approach is to start by carefully reading through this entire thread, following it closely over time. Not everything posted here will be sound advice, so think critically about what you read and compare it to other reputable sources and books. If you're too busy to do the proper research, you can either use the services of professional fund managers (many banks like fcmb, gtb and access offer these also UCAP) or put your money into low-risk government securities. I heard sukuk bonds are paying up to 15% now, although you may need to commit the money for several years. I hope not audio millions o. 1 Like |
