Op drop your number also I'll contact you and send you a token. Bolt is no longer lucrative, most times when i travel interstate and i have to use bolt i always add an extra 1k or 2k to the driver depending on how level headed the driver is.
Op drop your digits and mention me

Reading through all the comments on this particular post, I realized that Bolt riders are going through a lot, and honestly, so many people out there, like me, don't know the half of it. I am conducting research on the challenges faced by Bolt drivers, and stumbling upon this post has ignited my curiosity even more. I firmly believe that everyone needs to be aware of the realities faced by our drivers, who work tirelessly to provide us with safe and reliable transportation.

Your insights are invaluable in shedding light on these issues, and your stories have the power to drive positive change. Your participation in this survey will not only help us understand the challenges you face but also contribute to meaningful discussions aimed at improving the overall experience for drivers.

I invite you to take a few moments to fill out the survey and share your experiences with us. Your voice matters, and together, we can work towards creating a better, more supportive environment for Bolt drivers. Thank you for your time and for being a part of this important conversation.

See people no mind carry alabaro carry the market comot road.

As long as we can save money.

I think indrive has that freight option. Look for How to capitalise on it.

You will Make more money

That's not the issue. The issue is high fuel price and low bolt prices.

Continue to go offline until you carry a potential kidnap victim. You'll have to explain why you went offline.

Bro can you pls drop your contact for me?

Please do inDrive pay for waiting time, because I spend lots of time waiting on to occasion, nothing was added. And also after cancelation as a result of one been tired waiting, you still get charged for it. I waited 36 munites for a client, when I got tired and canceled, I was charged. That is after driving for more than 11 minutes to pickup location. Abi Lagos Indrive differs abuja inDrive because abuja fare is fixed no matter the time spent.

Acidosis:

I have made my point; so always ensure you check people's profiles very well before asking them to go offline. Try that with me, and you'll be tagged a potential ritualist. We'll both have to stay online and monitor my destination together. If you want to ride offline, go and register your car with a state taxi council.

You're not the only freelancer paying commission to a platform. You don't want to pay commission but wants the privileges of the platform? How does that make sense please? Go and ask freelancers and upwork workers and employers how much they pay per gig.

The crazy examples you're citing aren't any different. Before Bolt, conventional taxi riders pay commission to their owners and levies. The bottlenecks, registrations, and the known faces make them relatively safe.

With bolt, you can't risk my life because you want to cash out. You're not doing me any "huge favour" by choosing to drive offline.

And please quit the cheap lies. I frequent the bolt rider thread on NL and I saw firsthand how you people were rejoicing for making huge money after Bolt increased passenger fares by over 50-100% before Christmas. Who wouldn't rejoice seeing how Bolt billed riders 15-18k within Lagos state??

Na only una sabi complain, yeah? If you think it is easy to cough out 8k from Ojodu Berber to Ikeja, go and dump your car and try to be a rider for once. Staying online is for your own safety too.

Alaye you're a fool. Upwork and Fiverr freelancers you're referring to determine their price by themselves. It's not the apps that determine the price for the freelancers unlike Bolt that determine prices for drivers and yet determines its own commission. With the current state of things, no driver can break even on Bolt or Uber.
initial cost of car, fuel, maintenance, repair, registration, extortion from police etc will erode any little gain that you will likely make if you accept app price, accept every order given and refuse to do offline for any trip above 45k. Especially in places with poor appetite price, like Ibadan.

So shut up your stinking mouth and face reality. If Bolt increases price by 200% and allow drivers to take orders they like without any acceptance rate penalty, there will be increase in Bolt revenue as no driver will go offline again. Bolt should be reasonable and face reality. The current price is highly unreasonable and unrealistic. It doesn't reflect the current situation of Nigeria.

There's hardly any week in the r past few months I don't use Bolt and no driver has asked to go offline. If you have to always make that demand to break even, then you're a thief. If bolt no favour you, Lagos and Ibadan have more than 500 public car parks, take your vehicle there and "determine" your prices.
