2. Who gave the order to begin the recording before the action was displayed.

I'm not going to say the man is at fault or the woman is at fault… they both are old enough to know the consequences of their actions. They both agreed to it. It wasn't a rape case. It was immoral, but they still went ahead, and that would not have been a one-time intimacy.
