When yoy are watching foreign movies on dstv, you can set the volume to 30,it would be moderate all through the movie.just switch to yoruba movies. Its always noise.volume 30 would magically translate to volume 70.they arealways shouting both the men and women 3 Likes |

Ebinpiawazuu:Yeye woman! We should put our language aside for English? In the US in a state like Virginia you can use Yoruba language to get driver's license, it is officially recognized. Carry face like ojuju Calabar. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

She was brought to the limelight by Yorùbá movies. I hope Yorùbá movies will stop giving her roles so she won't have to drain and hurt her nerves any longer. I hope she knows her acting is more draining and hurting. 8 Likes 1 Share |

money121: I wouldn't blame her. It's the responsibility of the parent(in this case her dad) to ensure she's well grounded and love Yoruba language. I pity these genZs that these new generation of parents are not teaching to speak and fall in love with native language 5 Likes 1 Share |

Smartdoctor: If you spend more than twenty years in any part of Nigeria and can't boast of speaking their language (even if not fluently) then you are either an introvert, a recluse or blatantly anti-social. 7 Likes 1 Share |

geoworldedu: Don't play bro, you see Jet-Li, Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen, Abramovich, (not to mention that Vlad. Putin speaks and understand English well. While Xi Jiping always struggle with English, go and watch the BRICS summit in South Africa). But it's never the case with Obama, Trump and Biden with other languages. Moreso, on comparison, you will rather see a Chinese/Russian trying to learn the English than otherwise, especially the youths and kids.. Yes, they say that to massage their ego, just same way some of us say trash about the US but won't even think twice, if given the visa... 1 Like |

Smartdoctor:That is mentally retarded thing to say. If the people are full of hate, it is all the more reason you learn the language so you can figure them out. Claiming you refuse to learn the language because the people are full of hate all while you remain there with them decade after decade speaks against your intelligence. 3 Likes |
