Marjoribanks we had this discussion on Osimhen, pls what can you say to this…

That's one thing that really gets me pissed about Osimhen. All that exposure and he still hasn't learnt to watch the offside trap. Cost us several times at the AFCON. Very annoying, really.

We would have a splendid counter attack and next thing you know, Osimhen is offside🙄

You are comparing Haaland and Kane to VO do you think that's reasonable.

Haaland has been offside once this season in the EPL, that in itself tells you something.

Kane has won the golden boot in the EPL how many times ❓And that's with Tottenham that's struggling to get into the top 6 in the EPL for over 5 years and cannot remember when they last won the league.

Kane has gone to Bundesliga and has destroyed it making multiple records in the process. It's crazy 25 games and 30 Goals. He has always been at the top level of the goals scoring table in the EPL for over a decade.

You are comparing a player who had had one break out season in his career 2022/23 to players who have done it consistently year after year.

Do you think 🤔 that's a balanced approach.
the discussion is about strikers that cannot dribble but as per your usual practice you have managed to turn it to another thing different from what is being discussed.

so who are the people posting save congo on Twitter? Somalians? How many Congolese posts have you seen on Twitter or Facebook to know that they are not complaining? Check the comment section in Facebook posts of bbc, sky and daily mail to see how the British complain despite having better structures than us. Our leaders in the national assembly are padding our budgets and derailing funds from critical projects to line their pockets but we should not talk bad about the country because the outside world is looking at us.

You may need to read my post again to understand better cos you're saying something different from what I meant.

Well, despite that he still has it and 11 goals in 15 starts is cool but if he works on it I see him having crazy goals stats.

No country was built by politicians. None! USA was built by the toil and sweat of capitalists and drug Lords. The politicians did everything to destroy Edison, Ford, Carnegie etc. Even Schwab had to commit suicide due to the stock market crash caused by the shocking policies of the then politicians. Yet these individuals paid no mind to the politicians, they were willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for their nation and they did! The USA public school systems is one of the worst in the world with many of their populations living in trailers. If you know you know!
No European country will survive with a population of 150 million people- they would finish themselves with war!
One of the most corrupt human became a USA president and might win again in November. Britain has a PM that was not elected by its people. Putin... Relying on politicians to better your country is a lazy mindset. We have had and still have some of the best minds in the world head important ministries in our country. So why no changes? Cos individuals are not ready to sacrifice for their country. Simple! Complain, complain complain why contributing nothingness!!

I was on a call just about an hour ago with one of my former university lecturers now based in the US, she complained bitterly about the Public school system and how she has to pay for more help and support for her children to supplement, it was appalling hearing how children in senior primary can't read or write. She summarized that inequality in the US is worse than what we think, the same stuff we complain so much about In Nigeria.

It's peseiro fault. He should have called him for the march qualifiers.

as expected. I believe even if we extended an invite to him during this period he was called, he would have still picked Italy. He was born in the Italian system, it was always going to be difficult persuading him to come to us. Our only hope are our local academies. At least nobody go follow us drag the better ones.

U20 used to be our talent factory before Ladan Bosso happened to us. We now rely on players rejected by European national football teams.
