It's disappointing that none of the recent Nigerian Under-20 selections have secured moves to more prominent clubs! Really shameful! zuchyblink: |

komekn:mentioning Ronaldo Rashford Bowen as number 9 is enough to know you have no idea what you are saying. P.S: Osimhen is a better dribbler than a handful of guys on this list |

solonnachi:Sir, backdoor appointment no dey pay. It's high time the NFF declare vacant the U20 job so that applicants can send in their cv. There are a lot of qualified coaches most especially in the diaspora that can do well for us. Some of these our coaches are obsolete and outdated in the modern arts of football. Bribery and corruption is now synonymous with them. |

NFF no dey pro-active at all. What have they done to get Folorunshu Michael to play for the green white green?. It's over for Nigeria. |

Daninya33:e no reach that level. If we did not die when we failed to get dele, saka, Tammy, tomori, (olise) and eze we will be fine without folorunsho. Poaching foreign born talents has always been a problem for us but we have fared well despite their absence. |

Kog45:Absolutely not. I've said this before there are too many Nigerian origin players in professional Football ⚽ academies in England. You simply cannot count them. I would not call anybody at age 9,wonder kid under any circumstances. There are too many stages to make that kind of statement. In most academies you will not find up to 20% of the boys at 8/9 left in the team by age 15. |

Amedino99:Your deep seated prejudice has befuddled your thinking 🤔 you have muddied the waters and are incoherent and confused 😕 Below the comments that started the discussion before you jumped without looking. jihday: is Mbappe a number 9? Boniface didn’t even start his career as a 9 and drifts wide a lot. Lewa, Haland,Kane are not known for dribbling . Most important attributes of a striker is pace and space It's implied that dribbling is not needed albeit very ignorantly. Most important attributes according to the misguided and uninformed jihday pace and space. Dribbling skill creates space for players. Two world class striker's without pace Lewondoski and Kane in the past Ibrahimovic, but all have dribbling skills and deceptive technical ability. |

lbrichman2:Before you leap without looking understand where the discussion emanated from. Zuchyblink said we should stop 🛑 looking at England national team he said rejected players. I would say not selected. The nonsensical proposition implied here is that if they are not selected for England then they are not good enough for Nigeria. That's downright deranged thinking . I then said tell me one player in the current SE that will get into England as it stands in my opinion not one. So objectively respond without getting all emotive and sentimental, if you can. |

komekn:The challenge with you, as bright as you are, is your unbridled tendency to make hasty generalizations You do it so much that it creates enemies for you almost effortlessly Also, take this piece of advice.. learn to attack the subject matter being discussed, and not the person, it gives you off as an uncouth and uncivil fellow.. I followed the discussion and I only felt the need to respond to that hasty generalization you made |
