You want to educate me on something that happened in my own backyard? U don't know how the soldiers were overpowered, it's not about weapons, is something that you shouldn't know. Now the Constitution which is law of the land still did not give army any lawful responsibility for resolving civil matters no matter what u want to say. The government did not send them, if the government sent them I ask u a simple question why was DPO office of the local government not involved? U guys are oppressing Delta State, the army have no right to arrest talk more of forcefully attempting to take community leaders from their land to another local government without our own local government authorities knowing. All of u are misunderstanding this issue. Okuoma is urhobo community under Ughelli South LG while Okoloba is ijaw community under Bomadi LG both sharing boundary so what right has the army to forcefully take away okuoma community leaders from okuoma in ughelli south to bamadi in Bomadi Local govt without notifying the authorities of Ughelli South LG and most importantly without notifying the king and the DPO Ughelli South? that is not a peace mission. The community people resisted the army from illegally abducting their leaders and army opened fire on them, the army later came back after losing their men to attack by most likely ijaw boys of okoloba they now return to burn houses and murder more people. So far no evidence that okuoma youths did the attack but all Nigerian media lies against them. I'm surprised when news captions it that: "NATIONWIDE OUTRAGE OVER KILLING OF SOLDIERS IN DELTA" but where has this Nationwide outrage been when Bandits and Boko Haram have been barbecuing Nigerian soldiers in the north? No outrage, they even forgive the Boko Haram Terrorists and grant them amnesty while also demanding Nigerians surrender their lands to deadly Fulani terrorists but these stupid soldiers on illegal mission to kidnap community leaders away from their local government without notifying the local authorities but got attacked by their own allies Nigerians now claim outrage and calling for destructions in Delta State.
